Dual "Chain Link" coils. 24ga 5 loops of 3/32 I.D chains (two pieces of wire). For cloud chasers I would just make 4 loop chains. This can be done with 26 and 24ga wires. I will post up a in depth how to on this build tommorrow along with a firing clip. Bottom left pyrex cap to show clearance. This coil is very easy to make but very hard to get to fire. One side took me 4 different sets of links due to them popping when test firing. If you decide to try them out please proceed with caution as shorts and hotspots will definitely appear. There are tricks to getting rid of them. Build at your own risk and use a 30amp battery. If you can use a 26650 battery. Stay tuned for the fire clip and an in depth look. Thanks!

I made one similar to that ^^the other day but I gave it full 3 twists inbetween the circles... no shorts.. fired up sweet

when I say similar I mean I did the chain but wrapped it normal on 1/16 around cotton

Nice just wondering if you made them the same where each of these links are overhanging. Only one side is connected to both neg and pos posts. The other side is hanging in free air. So both the voltage travels in a complete circle in each strip of links! The other way is you just stick one end of the links in the neg post and the other on the pos post which is the easier way.

Was inspired by Deedupdex's thread to try Iteo's Wicking Method for cotton
Love it so far! Wicks great and these Iteo wicks hold quite a bit juice.

Tried Single and Dual coils using this wicking method.

Here are a few shot of my new build on the Helios RDA:
2 Strands 28G twisted, wrapped 4/5 times over a 3mm bit: 0.8 Ohms

Went for a Dual Coil setup on my Crown RDA:
28G, wrapped 4/5 times over 3mm bit : This one came to a combined resistance of 0.7 Ohms

just wrapped it on 1/8 id as you see it and the 28g nichrome came to 0.4Ω
but haven't vaped it, the one I vaped on the other day was good but tbh this is more PITA then braided

Soo...its just rolled? I dont get what the method is. Looks like mine which is just organic cotton hand rolled but his looks bigger.

10th picture down is a breakdown of the wick. Check it out. Only draw is the first few sets taste like cotton. Let it saturate and burn out then it does not collapse. Check it out here 10th pic down.

Rolled with juice to make a compacted wick. If rolled right you should be able to thread it so it's snug thru the coil.

The major difference I experience is that I can get about 10 drops per wick (20 drops total), and about 15-18 good puffs before I have to juice again vs the 3-5 puffs from my old style fluffy wicking.

Another benefit I'm experiencing is that the cotton doesn't collapse after a few vaping sessions. I've found that with fluffy wicking that the cotton collapses some leaving a gap at the top of the coil thru regular use. With Iteo's wick that hasn't happened to me yet.

I daily a .18 dual build and with my iTeo wick with one side loop up top, I was able to get 16 long drags or 25+ decent pulls from one drip session. Most important part is the initial liquid saturation. I literally let it sit in a pool of juice for 10 mins. Let that all get soaked in then burn it off with pulses. Then re-drip and its ready to go. Also keep in mind with this wick its better to drip on to the well and let the wick do its work. No explosions, no spitback ever. Common practice is to drip right into the coils. You wont ever need to do this ever again.

Personally I wouldn't use the iTeo wick in a Kayfun or any tank.
This style wick is better suited for dripping.

I use iTEO on my Kayfun lite plus as well. It holds a lot more juice and it barely gets any burnt taste.

...err...

post a pic, cause the Fun really works best with a barely-there-but-just-enough wick, and has no room really for fancy builds. Too much wick = poor wicking, bad taste, not to mention the airflow which is pretty tight with nothing at all in its way.
