Okay that "anaconda" is creepy lookin. Reminds me of a bent rat turd all greasy and such. Just bustin on ya, I bet it vapes nice. Read the whole thread last night, I have a couple pics.

5 Wrap 33G Kanthal.

13 wraps 30G Nichrome, actually worked pretty good. I think it was about 2.5 Ohm.

Lets see who can name this atty.

Believe it or not, this one worked pretty good too. It was a pyrex wick on the DUD, and steamed the vapor out.
28 G Kanthal a1, 7 wraps.

Does anyone have a quad coil set up? I wonder how well the vape (vapor production) as compared to ss mesh set up with everything else being the same

My 1st try at any genisis style using the smok R, hollow U wick with oxidized and burned 400 SS and 32g kanthol 3/4 wrap 1.9 ohms, vapes and tastes a little better than silica throat hit is about the same but I was expecting more of a difference, where it shines is in wicking, I cut the bottoms of both sides of the wick and flared them out to get more surface area and the wick stays drenched. Im vaping at 3.9 on ego V v2 and it seems to be working great so far, had to drill out the wic holes to afford the mesh wick but the deck offered plenty of room so it was no problem, PEACE, B.

So.
After about 15 feet of wire, 6 different wicks, countless expletives and a sore neck....... Success. I can't say what is different than any other wick and coil that I have made except that this one works flawlessly. I dare not claim victory over the rba yet, but I am thoroughly enjoying my accomplishment.
32g kanthal on 400 mesh- haven't even put the meter on it so I can only speculate, but I would guess around 1.5 based in my last few coil tests. Sorry for the fuzzy pic.
