Wow....they will work in regular tanks??? That is huge!!! I have always wanted one of those super cool sandblasted glass tanks.....but didn't do it because of having to use a carto with filler. People will buy these like crazy if they work in other tanks....hope you ordered a lot of them!

not regular tanks, but tanks that accept flanged carto like dct.

That pretty much sealed it for me.

EDIT: eh...just the smoketech? Are there other tanks out there that accept the flanged cartos? I may just get the whole thing in that case.

On the phiniac forum, they say flanged cartos will work if the flange is less than 1mm.....guess we will wait and see. I will definitely try the Raven when it is available, but would really love to have at least one of the glass tanks just because they are so pretty. I have pretty much become a tank freak...running 3 Vivi Novas right now, and will be expanding that collection as soon as they are available again. Will be comparing Raven to VN.....and then will have a bunch of one or the other....or both.

I have one of their cheap Delrin filler plugs and LOVE it. Makes filling my shortened DCT tanks a breeze, but still requires a single tissue to wipe it off with after use. No complaint there, since it beats paying $15 to slap a momma.

I was just about to recommend the Slap Yo Mamma tank tool and fortunately saw your 2nd comment here before I did. :)

I love everything about my Slap Yo Mama except the name, but they now have a cheaper black delrin model for like $8.
