Any chance of adding a screw plug filler hole like on the side of a couple of the tanks(I think they are the M1A1 BUZZ tanks I got from somewhere), makes re-filling easier and less chance of wrecking the inner O-rings?

you wont fill with the inner oring, you never touch it.
you fill into the tank itself, i understand what your asking for but they arent working on that , since many fill the dct with no issue the same should apply to this. the bionic phoenix has something like what your asking but nicer but thats way off.

Have you tried these on 100% VG thick rich juice, per chance? How did it feed, taste, vape?

no but lord may have, i used americano on it which is 75%vg and it worked the same exact way as it does with 70/30

I take it that "the exact same way" was pretty good? That being the case I am looking forward to when you bring them on for ordering. I actually usually thin the VG down a bit, can live with 75% vg-25 pg ok.
