I am sorry I ment to say processing. This was my first order with this company. I placed 2 orders on the 31st several hours apart. In my account one said shipped on the 2nd and the other the last time I checked (I believe on saturday said processing). I can not always count on my email server. My internet provider can be unreliable at times. This morning they both said shipped. I received both orders today.

I emailed them before I placed my first order a couple of times for advice since I was new to all of this and they have answered me in a timely manner. I have emailed them about the missing juice and I will update on that.

I finally got a response at 4:30 from PS and they said that my order should ship today, I would have preferred the word will, but 5 days after my original email a sign of life was pleasant. Anyways that's where I'm at. I guess you win haha you got yours first..

I am getting frustrated! Why is it that there is no way of contacting a live customer service rep for puresmoker.com? Is it just me, or does anybody feel the same way?

Bro I posted a thread in regards to needing a quick ship supplier and someone local contacted me. You're in NY right? there should be at least 1 member who can help you within a 50 mile radius if your in desperate need of supplies..

Ordered on the 2nd, shipped on the 6th. Should receive my noob kits tomorrow or Thursday.

No complaints here on how long it took - I order a lot of stuff online from lots of different types of storefronts, and a wait of a week or more is not unusual. PS only took 4 days to ship for me. When you add in the move, the storm this weekend that had them scurrying for the basements, and all the e-mails complaining about how they weren't moving fast enough, I consider their performance (for me) darn near miraculous. But, the proof is in the juice - we'll see what actually arrives in the next day or two.

Just to give an update on my order, it was placed on 4/1 and I should be getting it tomorrow. I'm very excited!

I would have to agree with an above poster that posting an estimated processing time would help a lot with customers expectations. Its not the time spent waiting for an order that is frustrating, its the time not knowing!

Just got an email yesterday, five days after I sent them an email. I placed my order on March 31 and they said that it should ship today, I would've preferred to hear the word will vs. should. I do realize thier situation I just wished I had known before I placed my order. I'm another customer who read nothing but great things about PS and saw that they ship 24-48 hours after purchase. Oh well I guess I'll play the waiting game. I did luck out and found someone local to stock me up untill my order arrives and for that Stike you da man!!:thumb:

Everyone complains about Steve and crew because their order isn't there in two days. I've only started ordering recently, after the infamous 20th, and you know what?

I ALWAYS GET MY ORDERS IN EXACTLY 7 DAYS.

Some people might have to wait *GASP* 8 days. BIG DEAL.

It's like dealing with a bunch of toddlers here. With what those people go through, I don't think they deserve a clientele of toddlers impatient that they can't have their new toy now. Go deal with smokingeverywhere if you can't wait a few damn days.

I'm not one for conspiracy theories, but at this point, it wouldn't suprise me if half these people are shills.

Just a quick thought folks.

Obviously they are maxed out/understaffed at the moment and have a large amount of orders to process/ship.

Therefore, the fewer pm's, emails and texts they get may just speed things up:w00t:

Less time spent dealing with questions = more time spent packing and shipping:cool:.

Just a thought.

Hope you all get your stuff soon:):)


Precisely why I haven't sent emails/pm. Anybody remember the days when you ordered something from the back of a cereal box and it took 6 to 8 WEEKS for delivery?

By the time you got it you had forgotten you had ordered it! I think the staff have done a stand up job, I have had great sucess with everything I have ordered and got from them. When they ran out of stock a week before they moved I tried ordering some juice from a different supplier (won't mention who) to keep me going. I have yet get my juice from them, and have been able to successfully order and receive about 3 orders from Puresmoker since then. That other company I'm still waiting on.

They are dealing with notoriously agitated people, who strike into a panic when they realize they may not have everything instantly and run the risk of running out. Everyone needs to take a deep breath and consider what it would be like to deal with even one of their circumstances, let alone all of them. Just imagine things could be worse, we could have the same people who issue rebates filling our orders!

Hey guys,

Noob e-smoker here.. just wondering if I could get some info from some of the more experienced members on the board. :p About how often does PS usually get a new shipment of stock in? I know it's kinda hard to judge now since they've been so slammed, I was just wondering if anyone on here that has ordered from PS on a regular basis knows on average if we're talking about a once a week shipment, once every 2 weeks, etc.

And please don't get it wrong.. I promise I'm not asking because I'm impatient. I placed my very first e-cig order on 3/31 with PS, still awaiting shipment, haven't written a single email wondering where my stuff is.. I know it will get here in due time. :) I'm simply asking because both my mother and father - pack and a half a day smokers for almost 30 years - are both now interested in e-cigs, and I'm curious as to what kind of timeframe I'm going to have to wait until I can order kits for them too. :D

Hi, I'm new at this also, but I'll answer our question to the best of MY knowledge since everyone else seems to be too busy to answer you.

Puresmokers recent ability to restock isn't on any real schedule yet.
It seems like some comes in roughly once every other week lately.

Just as I first started e-cigs about 3 months ago, Puresmoker was based out of their apartment in California and there were only a few hundred people ordering from them every now and then ( not the thousands of people clamoring for stuff daily as it is now ), and they could get your order shipped anytime from the same day you placed your order to 2 days after you'd placed your order. Most folks got their order anywhere from 2 days after placing the order to a week after placing the order, mostly depending on the the speed of the various post office's enroute, and ones distance from California.
With great product and service, Puresmokers reputation grew expodentially.

That was then.

Since e-cigs are now hitting the mainstream in the press and on TV, orders have jumped into the thousands weekly. Which drew down Puresmokers stock dramatically. Wiped it out, in fact.
As Folks read these forums and decided Puresmoker was a very highly rated and regarded supplier, and wanted to place their orders with them, it has lately been a game of the dog chasing it's own tail and never catching it... When PureSmokers shipments come in to restock, there are ever growing numbers of people waiting to get their orders in.
So when the stock comes in and gets posted, it is usually wiped out again within 12 hours or so.

Lately, they have been getting stock in about once every other week. IF it doesn't been held up in Customs for inspection.

There are many issues involved, as you've read.
PuresSmokers recent upheaval and move form California to Tennessee.
Customs delaying shipments fomr suppliers overseas.
More demand then supply.

Um, that should read as WAY more demand than supply.

I'm sure it'll all iron itself out before long.
But for right now, we just have to keep refreshing PureSmokers webapage every couple of hours each day to check if they got any stock in and posted, and watch this forum page to check on any announcements of restocks :).

Frusterating for all, I know.
It's a new biz. Gotta work out the kinks, I reckon :)

I am a noob. I placed my order on the 7th and it was delivered this afternoon. I received everything I ordered (Kit, atomizers, carts, case, etc.) and I had absolutely NO communication problems with PS whatsoever. After reading these forums for weeks before signing up, I was aware of the issues and challenges that the suppliers are dealing with at this time (as would anyone else who spends anytime reading the posts) and set my expectations accordingly. PS exceeded those expectations and I will definitely continue buying from them in the future as well as recommend them to anyone who should ask. They may be swamped and experiencing growing pains, they may have supplier issues, but they have followed through with everything they promise and I have no doubt that if I should have a problem, they will do everything within their ability to resolve it. Thank you very much PS.

Lucky i ordered mine on the 7th and i didn't get mine today.
