Got my CE9 working, and immediately disassembled it and re-wicked it. It works great as a drip atty, but with the cart in it, it didn't work well at all, didn't wick even though I put a cotton wick up through the hole.

I like the build on this, though for some reason it seems to seep liquid out through the seams where it screws together.

Just dripping on it was pretty good, the airflow was somewhat tight, I may end up opening up the hole, but I need to get a smaller drill bit first.

I am also thinking about just knocking the spike piece out and setting this up as a drip atty, I have noticed that the spike plate seems to be a bit low, if the coil is too high it will short out on the bottom of the spike plate.

Its the type H cerakote..

And honestly, which would you rather expose to acid???

A ceramic based, heat cured epoxy?? Or nickle chrome??

I did dissassemble, and completely coat the internals..

I use a toaster oven, to cure my really small parts, i use a commercial oven to do the gun barrels, and larger objects.
