Okay. I have located an area to live that is affordable but pleasant and has enough schools around that I can skim terrible adolescents into my office, and rotten little ADHD children. I have ascertained we can find a place to rent that is cheaper than our mortgage. The husband has hired a contractor who can do it all. His work is bland but perfectly reasonable and it's so bland we may have to take down the cool tile work the husband did, but maybe not. Maybe it can be the tiny jewel in our sea of white walls. You always paint em whilte if you are selling. It will be done mid June.+

I have located a property of land that we can afford and have spoken with the agent. I spend like 3 hours after that looking for something better and in other areas, but no, that one is it. I have ascertained what it cost to have them come out and see what a well would cost, and what a dang I forget again, but yeah they do that test thing for the septic tank. When you buy land they give you 30 days to do those tests and if they come back lame well, you can return it. I guess it makes sense because they aren't the end of all time but they ARE expensive and like, well, you know they husband he did topography and checking around and the great field of poop or whatever you call it shouldn't be a problem really, or that is how I understand it to work. It probably doesn't. The well, god only knows.

But well, that is how very much I am not enjoying my current life I guess, or maybe my meds are bad IDK, but like, I want to live my very own life I am never working for anyone than me again. I like me and I think I make a great boss of me.

The house will make us a little money IF WE FORGET ALL THE TIME AND MONEY WE PUT IN BY A LOT. The husband is finishing up his like, "You gotta give us more money" from State Farm. He asked if I should include the warping of the fanblades with the lights. I was like HELL YES. He said they would be depreciated to zero. I said I didn't see how that could happen I mean we could take them to the Salvation Army for a tax donation. You could depreciate them down to a penny but NOT NOTHING.

He thought I was funny who knows. Oh, I also bathed and you know I think I will start doing that in the actual morning, every day. It will be yoga time soon. I really really really need to LEAVE man.

Not this earthly plane although today has been fine. I suppose.

I mean when something just sucks enough maybe you do something else? I bet this is how many home business are started. I have NEVER not worked for an agency and you know I have NEVER not had a supervisors (nice or not) adjudicating my work. I'm sorry my work is great so they can like, suck it, every last one of them.

I guess I feel.... determined? It's gonna take like 5 years to get to a (hopefully sorta low) mortgage I bet we can do it, I mean I'm sure it's DOABLE.

There are trees snow and mountains.

Anna
If you get a septic, use RID-X septic treatment every month without fail, it's worth the (small reoccurring) cost. Hope everything works out for you Anna, it's chaotic right now but you're a survivor and you'll get through this.

I'm really sorry that sucks so bad about the tree. It really does. Oy. Houses. Are they worth it? Maybe the great covid scare of 2019 could send us back to caves, I mean our decorative skills have improved a fair bit, I'd think,.

Yeah, houses suck. When I think about buying it and selling it and what it actually COST me I probably could have bought it outright 3 times over etc,

I want a steel house dude, they aren't even ugly if you do them right etc. Many trees on our possible future property I forgot their maintenance but I LOVE climbing trees. The husband would have to help me with the chainsaw part (I mean how to operate it and all) well, okay maybe not.

I'm so tired I gotta get up and do yoga here that will energize. I'm kind of down because like, one (the little brother one I dub him) just sent me an email saying how much I was missed etc. The one who turned me in for mentioning Ibuprofen left me a phone message in teams. He's probably like, wanting to relieve some guilt but IDK I um can't like access it (no permission). Maybe from my laptop I could IDK.

I can't really respond FMLA not approved yet,

I've wanted to build an earthbag house for years, guess that's kind of cave-like. They're inexpensive, and people have been building with earth for a long, long, time, but it's a very labor intensive construction process. Benefits include cost, earthquake/fire/tornado resistant. Probably better in arid/semi-arid climates, much of Arizona would qualify. So a house CAN be worth it, but modern stick homes are money sinks alot of the time. Out where building codes are more relaxed or non-existant, there are some good alternative housing options. For a package deal, steel homes are an attractive alternative to stick homes. No termites would be a big plus. Remember to get a lightning rod installed if you decide on that option, that's important.

Yeah. I talked to my mom and she was all pro and she is going to give me money when the time is ripe. She said we should apply our checks since well, we had them (she asked me if we had any money and I said 'That") and I was only gonna ask her to cosign a loan but she said that was dumb and we needed to like, own something outright for actual safety etc. So yeah, fair enough. I was not gonna lie. I mean there is no actual safety in life,. She said it wasn't a big deal because she cancelled all her yearly trips to Morocco and stuff. I will pay her back if we make money on the house but she was all "we can just see on that."

She's like "you should do it, when you are ready" and was all for it, the town all of it. My unconscious evil genius in real estate strikes again and whatever but like, we'll just see. IDK. She was like that is an excellent town, excellent plan etc.

Course it was happening when HR lady "had some questions" about my FMLA. God only knows what they are. If she is like "fear of being censured?" I will be like, "Yes my boss did X y and Z and left without giving me copies of anything. She said I was right about every point I brought up but made me sign something anyway which I do not have and am afraid to ask for. Since I clearly am so divorced from reality that I can't tell if it's FAIR or not or too afraid to ask because when I emailed her she SCREMED verbally about the call in line and then like, freaking TOLD me not to tell her and said I was jeopardizing my FMLA. This has never happened before but everyone says how WONDERFUL she is so I fear censure that I don't understand, dude."

Whatever, it will probably be something worse BUT IT WILL BE DONE. ARGH.

SOMETIME. Yeah we are high up with storms lighting rods would be amusing. The husband was like "making fun of my central house location with things radiating outward he wondered if I wanted TP style (the reservation not the ball) or a geodesic dome. I still think the domes are mighty cool but I was not going to lay open myself to like, critique..

I am vaping rhubarb custard after a time away, it definitely needed a steep the sickly sweet is like, GONE.

Denzel is coming forward as the black hero in like, "St. Elsewhere." LOL.

Also WHO IS HOWIE MANDEL? I thought he was a famous quarterback in football but based on his weaselly
demeanor... Coulda been before the sports drug era I suppose. He looks like a ferret. Not a mean one but still.

I think Howie was a tv show host in some past era, can't remember then, so who knows, not I. Denzel was lusted after by many female human beings from what I gather. I really need to get a rhubarb flavor, loved the real thing, though it's been years. Teepees are cool, Yurts are where it's at, guess the Teepee would be good for a sweat lodge or certain vision quests popular with some southwest native american tribal cultures. Lightning rods are cool, especially on beaches in a storm, they produce some interesting glass. Geodesic domes, not a huge fan of the style elements, but they are strong structures. Ack! Authority figures rub me the wrong way. Working for yourself is scary, and challenging, especially when you first get started. The rewards are worth the price ime. It's a longer-term solution that doesn't usually pay off right away, at first it seems like you are going backwards. Then your priorities change, and things start chilling out more, what was a panic situation before becomes not a big deal. The biggest benefit of working for yourself, in my personal experience, is the pride in your accomplishments. I set up this job, planned it, purchased materials, rented equipment, subcontracted crews, did the paperwork, had the meetings, etc, etc. It's a pride thing. Working for someone else, setting the rules for your actions, you don't get the same rewards. This all takes a boat load of effort and personal sacrifice, but if your willing to 'pay the piper' and make the personal sacrifices for a later payout (mid-long term), then this might be a good option for you. If not, working for someone else is nothing to be ashamed of. Figure out which option is the best fit for you, not just the rewards but the costs. Research the h e ll out of potential options. Peace, I'm out.

Oh dear, wife and I watched Glory tonight. She seemed rather distant during Denzel's scenes. And, here I thought it was just his Oscar winning performance.... Guess who's not watching Training Day now?

I like his movies, one hell of an actor.

Oh the adult Denzel was worthy of lust if you are into that I suppose. I think it was like George Clooney, better with age.

WHY DID EVERYONE look like such HELL in the 80s??? I mean... Yeah. They really did. Jane Fonnda and her legwarmers and shoulder pads and perms and everything else!!!

I don't understand. I was a teen in the 80s so I had to go goth. I mean I'm sorry but if the alternative was freaking SHOULDER PADS that made you unable to go through doors except sideways, I'm sorry, yes, I will happily wear black lipstick.

My brother has a rather funny "The evolution into gothness" where at first you wear a necklace with some dark Celtic pattern in it and then you are dying all your clothing black in the bathtub and like, then you go to the mythical goth store in Georgetown where you can get "Manic Panic" and you wonder if you are worthy to do so and you have to buy black pleather pants (I lost them at a drunken party and I am sad about it I STILL miss those pants I bet they would still fit) and boots with 45 inch heels and well...

It is kind of funny but like, he has room to talk he was engaged to a goth chick almost more depressed than himself. To be fair she was a lot prettier than me but she dumped him to go to basic training.

If I were engaged to my brother (if he were not really my brother obviously) I'd dump him for basic training too, hell the navy, the platoon of the really TOUGH ones and I can barely SWIM.

He is heavy going indeed okay I too am headed to bed,. LOL.

Howie Mandel started out as a comedian. I think his fame came from this stupid trick he did where he put a rubber glove over his head and blew it up with his nose. He hosted the game show where the people had to pick brief case numbers in order to try to win as much money as possible. I can't remember the name. He was also a judge on America's Got Talent. From what I understand he's a germaphobe and is probably freaking out right now with the virus going around.

Good morning random folks :) Have you any plans today?

Good morning Fran. Yesterday I was able to stay fairly busy and am hoping the work day is similar today. I was really surprised at not liking the queen grapes I tried last night. I will definitely try it again at 3% and see how it is. I know Nick or someone from chefs had used it in a recipe that I've seen before but can't remember what it was. I think the recipe was either all or mostly MB flavors.
