the only thing fda might control is liquid nic, and to less of an extent mods and atomizers.
if nic is defined as tobacco then is nicorette considered tobacco and why then are pharmacies selling it.
mods are a circuit board, might come w/internal battery - solution, sell the mod as individual parts for hobby electrical enthusiasts for easy reassembly by end user.
and batteries are just that, batteries.
atomizers, do same, sell as individual parts and not a completed atomizer, base, glass, tip, etc can be sold individually.
vg, pg, flavors are used throughout the beauty, health, food manufacturers etc., u cannot classify them as a tobacco/ecig only products.
fda will just make it harder for current smokers to try vaping and hence keep paying for over taxed money printing tobacco products that govts can rely on year in and year out.
