I swear that my lungs are feeling better since switching from kanthal. It's weird. Thought I felt 100% but now I'm thinking it was more like 80%. Like I feel WAY better. Could just simply be less throat irritation since it's smoother.

I also think I began feeling better after switching from cotton to Rayon.

Nope. No off smell at all and it had that rayon glass like luster under the microscope. I'm fairly certain it's rayon. We'll see how it performs in a few hours.

I got the same exact bottle except it has a slash through hundred and is now 120.. .. And its also cotton .

Its Clearly visable that i got cotton, little balls in the fiber, so i doubt thats what you've got. Rayon looks like the best cotton ever.

Looks like they dont have a standardization on the filler in this product.

So its not guaranteed for everyone, the chance for rayon is in uncoated pills and tablets container, but they use what they want.

Yeah, with rayon my lungs felt better than ever with cotton. And continue to; to this day.

Maybe what I got was cotton, but, if it is, it's the best cotton I've ever tried. I never got that cottony taste. I must be going on 40 - 4ml refills by now in the Bachelor @ 35 watts and it still tastes great. Even if it is cotton, I would encourage you to give it a try anyway. Multiple opinions are always helpful.

Its known that the stuffing can change from batch to batch. Theres a clear as day difference between cotton and rayon.. If you got cotton you'd see the little balls.

Theres no such thing as cotton as good as rayon.

Heres an example of cotton, if you had cotton you'd know... Did it look like this, see the balls, and the end cut is compressed. Rayon has none of these qualities.

Naturemade vit d, 120 count tablet, cotton stuffing.

I got the same thing in the bottle I picked up ,it was the 120 quantity too. Maybe it was only in the 100 bottle, I am on the lookout for some at a different store

Its a crap shoot, 50/50 chance.. Yeah could be the 100 count tablets only.. Or in the 2.00 bottle would be ideal.

Hundreds of spring valleys there. The 1 mg melatonin had it at one time, maybe again, anything thats an uncoated pill ot tablet has potential to contain rayon.

Yep you nailed it, the squeek is a sign you're pretty good to go. I know... I waited over 1.75 years of vaping to try rayon. Was convinced it was bad for me. Then I got curious. Found this thread. Read the OP. Researched some of what @JeremyR said. Found it to be true. The rest is history. Now my KGD sits gathering dust in a desk drawer never to be used again. Pure Cellulose FTMFW

Give it to the girlfriend for cosmetic use.

Got me a KangerTech Drip Box, nice little Squonk box it is too for a small price. The cotton wicks are kind of stuffed in the head they give a fair vape but I know Rayon should give more.
Has any of you guys re-wicked one of these drippers? I plan on doing a mod on my Magna asap as bottom drippers seem to be hard to find.
I am guessing that thin tails would be the way to go, but with all the juice holes I wonder! maybe just fan them out with a top hair cut.
Any advice guys?

I have the same device with the stock atty (until I can figure out the right grubs to buy for velocity 1 & 2 rda)
I use a 2.5 id coil @.19 ohms. Tight in the coil with a 45° cut on the tails. I do fan the tails a little bit.
