Make no mistake, there is a learning curve with TC, for that reason alone, it's not for everyone. Many, like myself like a new challenge, new technology. I did not jump in early, I thought it was a fad, something to get people to buy more products, like 3D TV's. So I waited, I read, I watched videos, and best of all, I learned from those that blazed the trail before me, most of those were members here on ECF. I admit, if someone is not open minded about it, or just likes to keep things simple, then there is no huge advantage, because if you don't do it correctly, then it's doomed to failure, like most things in life. Sure, I still have issues with various brand
mods, and their wacky TCR values, but I am stiil devoted to making the technology work for ME. And I can tell you from following as many threads as I have time for, many, many people screw it up, for many reasons, and then discount it and go back to doing what they were comfortable with, which is human nature.
It's not just about avoiding "dry hits", one huge benefit is never exceeding the temperature were the creation of the "bad" chemicals can be created. Now and then I still fire up one of my MECH mods, but I'm careful, as there is no feedback as to what temp your
juice can get to. This info is out their on the web.
You can certainly get a fine and rewarding vape without ever getting into TC
vaping, but if you ever start wondering what are all of those other settings, on most new modern mods are for, then you may want to give it a real shot.
