Can't wait to hear your opinion on it. I had to give up pre-orders, myself. They make me a little bit crazy...bad for my blood pressure.
I know what you mean lol! Me too! But I couldn't resist. Never did a preorder with Angelcigs, hope the blood pressure stays on an even keel lol. I'll be sure to let everyone know.

Sounds good as long as the bottle didn't have any off smell. If the smell is neutral it looks like you may have identified a bottle rayon source again. :)
Nope. No off smell at all and it had that rayon glass like luster under the microscope. I'm fairly certain it's rayon. We'll see how it performs in a few hours.

BTW, this is the exact product I purchased:

The good news is vitamin D is cheap and most people, especially those who work indoors, likely have a vitamin D deficiency. Go get ya some.

Cool! You'll have to let us know how it works. It's a pretty interesting coil design with a lot of surface area... should be a flavor machine! :)

Huh... It could be rayon. Just not how I would have wicked it, personally... in my experience, those tails would give me dry hits on every third hit...
It is rayon, I rebuild just like that every time and I don't experience any dry hits with this way of wicking.

I trust you. Like Jeremy said earlier, depends on vaping style. It obviously works for your style of vaping; it didn't work for mine. Due to juice consistency and power, I have to do my tails a completely different way. If doing them the way you do works (which it must, or you'd do it differently), then stick with it. :) Always happy to see another rayon user!

Well that's one way to do it. It may work for the person but may not for you if you vape differently.

If your asking me do it just like the last one you did. Waterfall into the juice slots.
Thanks! I'm going to try now. Will let you know.

I just realised that it's been 2 weeks since I joined this thread and started using rayon. That first coil is still going strong and I have to say there has been very little drop off in performance or flavour. I am very impressed......... One particular eliquid I have is very hard on wicks and coils and normally would only last at best 5-7 days, yet it's still going strong 2 weeks later. Hah I luv it.

:p

That's great, Krisma!! Apparently you did a perfect job on wicking your first coil with rayon!

Hmm, I just bought 2 bottles of Nature Made vits, no rayon for me. :( Not that I need any, but I'd try it if there had been any in there.
Are you sure it was the tablets? I don't think the capsules or soft gels get it.

Hey guys, checking in after a LONG time. Still using Rayon but looking to make the move from 50/50 to higher VG (75% or more) juices in my Subtank Mini RBA. What changes should I make to my 3mm 24g single spaced coil and wicking method? Thicker wick, thinner wick, thicker tails, thinner tails?

I currently cut wedge shape around 50% wick to the RBA head deck.

Please advise.

Long time no see Dusty. I wouldn't change a thing unless you get a dry hit.

Your current wicking method is about the same as mine, I vape a smaller diameter coil with high and pure VG liquids without any issues.

Thanks.. testing one right now! ;)

Hey dusty!

Yeah, all my wicks were for 100vg. And pretty much the same as yours. Only thing you may adjust is the wick at the channels or juice ports. You won't need as much blocking for thicker juice. But 50/50 is like water compared to 100vg.

I think you'll find rayon does even better the more vg you have. It vapes cleaner I think.

It does seem to be running pretty smooth right now. I did make the wick slightly less thicker compared to what I normally am used to. A few fibres less, maybe 2%. :) Hmm.. Let's hope this is not beginners luck with High VG.

I still Vape like a wimp at 20W. :) The Subtank has no issues in keeping up with me.

I just started looking at some local vendors for juices, and it seems like almost all do high VG juices here, hence the need to make a change.

Appreciate the help guys!!
