One in a million, you, Kaezziel........
Dawwwww... that's probably a good thing, though... the world couldn't handle two of me... I break things too often.
Sorry for the OT.
I finally got around to putting a BF screw in my Stumpy. I really should have done that first and not bothered converting the others... I now need more Stumpy's and more squnokers!!!![]()
The one with the glass cap?Just got my hands on a fishbone plus! I know, I know, old news... but I got it on clearance. Anyone have one?

The one with the glass cap?
It looks like a cool attie, let me know how the flavor is.Yup, glass cap, glass chimney, ceramic in the base. I still have yet to build on it tho.

Curious on this myself as I have a Griff 25 in my stash I haven't tried building yet because of all the issues I had with the original Griff when switching to rayon.Anyone successfully use Rayon in Griffin 25? I want to try again. My first wicking of it was with rayon and I sadly watched my joose flow out of the bottom. I've been successful with cotton twice on it but I find it to be a PITA to wick and cotton gets a little weird after about 3 tanks full. Thanks for any advice in advance.

assuming the 25 is just like the 22,,my griffin is my adv.......Original? Griffin 22? set up like the 25 with the weird little ring that you put on after wicking? I hate that freaking thing.
But I love the flavor and dense clouds of the Griffin. I just love it period. But I want to be able to wick it with rayon.

once the wick is in the coil i use a needle and 'comb/brush' the tails straight outward. trim at 45* angle down trying to take only 30-50% off,,,,,,then i 'fold' the wick tails down to well past the ring thing. and level them off. next i take tweezer/needle and tuck the tails behind the wick. i touch up comb the tails once in place from below the ring... the goal is to straighten the tails and sort of 'fan them out across the juice slot. (across the juice slot is a major thing,,, it allows juice to flow up, but not flow past creating leaks) just to make sure juice can flow i put the needle behind the ring.. if it dont fit, then the juice wont either. at the very end i go back and tiny trim any hairs that got long during the 2nd combing.) because i have been doing this same routine for awhile my wicking takes maybe 3 to 5 minutes every Sunday.
ps,, test fire the (very) JUICED wick,, a good 3 or 4 times avoids rayon break in taste.

first few times of getting it right i think it took 20-30 minutes......now i barely think about it.Thanks. Helpful but will probably take me longer than 3 to 5 mins
Also, I like how you call it "the ring thing" I've called it so much worse.

also,, when you adjust the juice holes get into the habit of always turning the tank clockwise,, it helps to keep the ring in place and not 'backing off'.. this also helps to keep the rayon in place....that alone i think cut my leaks in 1/2.
i dont think this site lets me use the names i have called some of my vape gear![]()
