Is it normal for the Eviva tank to get very warm during vaping? I find the flavor of the Eviva to be more intense than my K4, but with a 30g nickel .18 Ω build, I've found I am vaping at 11w on the rDNA and it is still a warm vape. Is it safe to use a nickel build in the Eviva?

I want to thank Sedge and everyone for recommending this tank. I am really enjoying the flavor.

The deck, juice control are new and the afc is different.

Personally I like the v1 better.
I am unable to locate an in stock Ataman :(. I ordered the Ataman 2. Saving for the flash-e-vapor v3 (hopefully soon to order). Which is better, flavor-wise: the flash-e-vapor or the eviva? Is it possible to build using nickel on the flash-e-vapor?
Apologies if these are duplicate questions from previous posts - I'm only at page 58 of 180+ pages of this thread.

I cannot think of any reason Ni200 would be any less safe than in other atomizers.

The ceramic cup allows for a warmer, more intense vape at lower power.

You won't find an Ataman v1 in stock. The v2 has replaced it by the vendor. Your only hope is the classifieds.

The Eviva-T will edge out the FeV in flavor, but, for me, the other advantages of the FeV outweigh the flavor difference.

The FeV is, IMO, the best Ni200 performer of RTAs. It has one of the simplest circuit connections that delivers high continuity. It is solid and stable.

In my original build, I had too much wick (some dry coil messages). Once I finished the tank, I trimmed the wick a bit (too much) and had a bit of gurgling. Once I completed that tank, I rewicked it (after rewatching a youtube build) and now the flavor is intense, the gurgling is gone and the tank is much cooler.

Vape Mail - Received the Atermon (in 18350 and 18650 mode), which look excellent with my eviva-t. I am excited .

We did. Lol.
Lol seriously. Was a pain to get the legs where they needed to be, first try was a flop, but omg.... So worth it. I have some gypsy juice Marrakesh rockin right now. Picked up some cellucotton today too but I dunno if I can tell much difference. But oh man, if ever an atty was made for a vertical coil....

Looks good but why not the 23mm Atermon for flush fitment. They do sell a 22mm to 23mm ring for the Eviva that looks pretty good.
They only had the 22mm Atermon in stock :( (I did look). My K4 looks good on the Atermon, though. Been looking at Gus-Mods Telescopic, but the ones I saw indicate 22mm, also, or don't mention the diameter.

Best Regards,

Just get the 22mm to 23mm AFC converter ring for the Eviva. It's cheap and looks pretty good.

...DOH! I got that and you're correct - the eviva-t looks much better now on the Atermon. I had forgotten about it - thank you :)
