Thanks, I did consider it, and it's still on the list, but I don't have a squonk mod--those were useful to keep cartomizers wet in the old days, if memory serves. :) For some reason I resisted squonking back then, and I'm not ready to embrace it now. And I don't have any wicking problems with my atties--I vape at low wattages and use simple, single coils.

But it's good to know you like it--and I'll keep it in mind while I'm hunting for my ideal vape.
The galaxies is very good with multiple arflow options and remember it comes with a regular pin too for normal use.

I agree. I watched a bunch of video reviews and I liked what I saw. But I don't feel like buying a squonk mod just to try a new atty. *sigh*

The new and improved Hastur has moved to #1 on my list and is already in my cart--somewhere.

It has all I need/want from an atty--on paper, at least. Choice of AF reducers, easy deck, good looks and fair price. Hmmm...........

Hey, all the concern about juice mileage...gotta throw this out there (again) this one, with its crazy solid hits, has just about cut my consumption in half. @Katya , just pull the Kayfun drill bit out of storage and modify it to your liking! Seriously, I don't even touch my doggies anymore. It made me go from trying for a more open draw to trying the doggies shut down a lot...but they still don't come close. After a couple of months, I'm also realizing my mod tops never need to be wiped - no more leftover vapor wafting out of the intake hole onto the mod for some reason. That's never happened with any atty I've had. I seriously love this thing.

Again, I'm MTL, so don't know why I'm on a RLH thread, but I guess just to learn. I had no idea anyone even vaped manbush. But it sure doesn't sound like my cup of vg. o_O
It's my favourite liquid ever.
We used to struggle to find good tobacco blends over here but there's a lot of great producers now.
Manabush are a touch of tobacco (more a back note) with beautiful desert flavours. I think there's only one in the whole range I'm not a fan of. That's unheard of for me.
He does heavier tobacco flavour ranges too.
Actually America's own mr matchy matchy grim green grabbed some when over here last to review.
Not sure that's a recommendation though. Lol.

Yeah, sorry BW- not making fun of the juice...just the name. When I first read it my eye caught it and my mind read it as manbush. So I had to google to see what a manabush was! Couldn't find anything but the juice, and and after a couple of pages of results, an arcane story (from my Alma Mater) about Manabush people in Wisconsin or something. So naturally, me being me - I had to quote & make a comment! BTW- does the word manabush mean something to folks in UK?

I like him--he was one of the first reviewers I watched. And Leaford. :)
Weird though. It's always one my American friends laugh at but the whole range is based around native American folklore, names and flavours.

Menominee Oral Tradition - Indian Country Wisconsin

"Grasshopper and the Origin of Tobacco
One day Manabush was walking past a high mountain when he smelled a delightful fragrance which seemed to be coming from a crevice in the cliffs. He went closer and found that the mountain was home to a Giant who was known to be the keeper of tobacco. Manabush found a cavern in the side of the mountain and went inside, following a passage which led into the center of the mountain where the Giant lived. The Giant asked Manabush very sternly what he wanted. Manabush answered that he had come for some tobacco, but the Giant told him that the spirits had just been there for their smoke. Since the ceremony only happened once a year, the Giant told Manabush to come back in a year. Manabush found this difficult to believe, because when he looked around the Giant's cavern, he saw bags and bags of tobacco all around it. So he snatched one of the bags and dashed out of the mountain, closely pursued by the Giant. Manabush reached the top of the mountain and leaped from peak to peak. The Giant followed him closely, and when Manabush reached the edge of a cliff, he fell down flat and the Giant leaped over him and fell over the cliff and into the chasm.

The Giant was badly bruised, but managed to climb up the face of the cliff, where he hung at the top with all of his fingernails torn off. Then Manabush grabbed the giant by the back and threw him to the ground and said, "For your stinginess, you will become the Grasshopper, and everyone will know you by your stained mouth. You will become a pest and bother all those who raise tobacco."

Then Manabush took the tobacco home and divided it among the people and gave them the seed so they could grow it themselves and use it for offerings and blessings." :)

So far it seems only Jamaicans recognize the name still.

I'm not Jamaican. ;)

Perfectly remembered.
My wife is a writer who focuses on indigenous folklore and beliefs so I was aware of the story before the juice but those of us of a certain age in the UK gained a lot of native understanding through post punk bands like souxie and the banshee's, adam ant, the cult ect.
I also got to spend some time in the beautiful country that is north America during the early 90's and as I worked music tour's I got to visit everywhere (man) lol.
I spent some time with a gentleman of a roadie with native history and he used to shout manabush for smoke break time.
So I was aware of the phrase. I am surprised few have heard of the juice as it's won loads of vape awards (including stateside) and chiricahua sun is known as the king of RY4.
(I've no affiliation by the way, just love the juice) but I know martyn quite well and he has a love of American and native American culture. So much so that when he was creating his kona pakka coffee tobbaco liquid, he spent time in Hawaii testing kona coffee to nail the flavours.

I had to look it up--I confess. But I love the story of Manabush and the tobacco plant. :) And I'm even more impressed that the juice manufacturer was familiar with the story and named his company after him. Just delightful!
He's a lovely man. he used to work with the band The damned and his name is martyn zombie Tuesday (yeah really).
I can always recommend good vendor's over here but manabush are in another league of helpfulness. I guarantee anyone thinking of trying them won't have any issue's.
Juice wise
I should add for full disclosure though that I do often get free juice from dinner lady and I get to try flavours while in development.
Next time I get some I will shout and post a few samples over to you guy's.

So what are we buying this week.. ?

Did you all know I still don't have that Fresia?
I feel your pain lol. Both Hasturs, and the third Fresia plus replacement glasses are still drifting across the ocean to me. Today just marks two weeks since they shipped, hoping they show up at customs this week.

I'm about to order some juice from the state's. That's real white knuckle bingo to see if it passes customs.
We sent a by leo calix v4 to qurax Stan in Canada a while back to receive an email letting us know it was being crushed as a contraband item... ouch.
