how about steeping just the flavors together, then adding that to your nic+PG/VG? does anyone do that? im wondering if the steep process is more of the flavors melding, or more of the flavors fully infiltrating the nic/pg/vg. perhaps both.
in other words, say youve got a recipe- 5% this and 8% of that and 3% some other thing. say you mix the flavors together in a large enough amount to where you have enough on hand for multiple batches down the road. would you think the flavors melding together would lessen the steep time? this combined with a seed steep could result in ultra-fast steepage.
The biggest issue is getting them into the base VG/PG. The flavor package already assembled is on my list to test. Don't need to make anything right now. I already got juice running out my ears from the line of testing I'm on!!!! But I'll do it like I'm doing individual flavors.
IE:
2ml Flavor 1
2ml Flavor 2
2ml Flavor 3
equals 6ml combined PG base flavoring then add 6ml VG base. Just same amount VG to however much total PG. Add something though PG or VG base I wouldn't do just pure flavor with nothing added to infuse into.
That might very well get a better smoothing of the flavors in the final mix.
