My new baby... Was waiting for the tank to take a pic. It's a Spydro tank which I mistakenly thought took N2 coils as well. It doesn't but I'mma gonna have to find a way to track down those 1.8 coils and buy some because the vape is AMAZING. LOL.

I was hoping to use Triton Mini coils in it for the DNA aspect, but even in wattage mode, the vape is smooth... delicious... and it's so PRETTY. LOL. Lets see how long it lasts! The husband is going to be jealous.... :)

That's a NICE mod!

I just bought a Smoant Cylon and I have a Charon TS and a Battlestar in perfect working order. I went for three years vaping my Sigelei zmax with a protank on top and now in the last year I’ve bought three mods and two tanks. I know many with think this is no a big deal in comparison to others who have 15-20 mods but for me this is bad. I have no use for another mod but I keep buying and I want to get a handle on this before it gets outta hand. I’ve been using my crown tank for over a year and love it but I keep looking at tanks and especially RTA’s. I’m worried I’m gonna get one soon and open a can of worms I can’t close. If I start building coils this can get outa hand with different cottons and types of wires. Next I see a shiny new pair of ceramic tweezers and on and on. So please any well wishes or advice on stopping this before it gets out of hand would be appreciated. If nothing else just pray for me because I need help. Man I can’t wait til I get my new mod....

It CAN get out of hand, but it's a much less expensive path than the way of the new mod. Lol.

Building will save you a small fortune over pre made coils or tanks.
And as long as you have a good grasp on ohms law... the sky (and your batteries) are the limit.
@madstabber I suggest starting with a single coil rta and kanthal or 316l ss. Koh Gen Do is the easiest wick to use when first starting out.
The advice on wicking here is EXCELLENT. You won't find a better wicking cotton in existence. Period.
Ss316 is real easy to build with, the flavor is phenomenal, only issue is the low resistance, but time and practice help there. Nichrome80 is great as well. Kanthal is great to build with, but I'll be damned if it doesn't taste funny...
Stay away from nickel. Unless you're building for temp control, it's absolutely abysmal to work with, and can't handle high heat.

Thanks, that’s what I was thinking was a single coil and I definitely prefer 316l ss. I’m not sure when I’ll make the jump, I used to rebuild my kanger protank coils way back when. I really love my crown performance but more and more I’ve been wanting to go the rebuildable route. Anyway thanks for the recommendation.

Sqonker with RDA....just saying...
All day, erry day, I Squonk, squonk, squonk, squonk, squonk!
Currently on my third new squonk in 6 weeks...
Started with the GeekVape Athena, moved on to the Vandy Vape Pulse, now I got a Dot Squonk.
Looking at a custom 2x700 box atm, around 110 for it, looks like it will hit slightly harder than my Dotsquonk...

Therion 75c SQUONK (take that phone), Pulse & dot.
That's it for now.

Can you believe about 6 Therions were ordered yesterday, no one bought a sqounk?

So, if you come here looking to be talked off the ledge, there's someone that will help.

I, however, will stand right there with you....

And push like I'm going for distance.

He is 100% serious and will do it.

That's mildly insane.
As much as I'd love a Therion, the price seems steep for a single battery device, and yeah, I know, DNA. I have enough battery life issues as it is, and 5x20700 as opposed to only 2x18650.

Which do you prefer between the Dot and the Pulse?
I'll say Dot, can't figure why, but it hits like a mech.
Nothing I can see in the design really indicates the why though... but I'm glad it does.
