Yeah that is all my body will let me sleep, it will take me an hour or two to get out of bed thanks to my leg but I get to read so many books so I enjoy it the time that is.

I feel your pain I am 37 and I swear my body thinks it is 37000 I have a friend who can sleep 18 hours and when he tells me he did I get jealous sometimes I tried ambient one time slept for 8 hours and besides the crappy dreams when I woke up my mind did not seem to want to work
Ambien and ambien cr worked for about a week each then nada. With you on the bizarre dreams on it...chantix did that too. 4 advil, a herbal/ vitamin pile and 2 benedryl and I can get to sleep.

Oh I've tried it all only thing that worked for a while was Cspan then I started to understand what the politicians where saying/doing and that just made me want to go all Elvis on the TV
