Question about getting the glass off. I couldn't get it off this morning. Didn't want to spend too much time on it or use a lot of force. I saw a few mentions of the dental floss trick to get the glass off. Anyone know what that is?
Never heard of the floss trick. This works, though.

Sheep? That's nothing try goats. I was headbutted by a goat in a kiddie "animal zoo feed the animals," once.

They really didn't need feeding but it was an Unpleasant Goat. The only reason I'd buy a goat would be if I lived urban (I did, at one time) and well, we were at the bottom of the street and all the trash blew there. You could Watch people throw it from their cars .I think the husband wound up designing some incendiary T-shirt that he wore when mowing. A goat would have been handy THEN but you have to like, be zoned for it I think. They will eat ANYTHING.

LOL, I've even owned three horses in my life time, I wound up donating two I had to a horse rescue after the toddler kid got under the feet of one once (another nanny story I should not tell) but I SWEAR in one second he must have travelled at least 70 feet.

Only the fact that horses HATE treading on non solid ground saved the kiddo, I sort of dropped the horses leads, (Luckily, they just went into their stalls and ate and etc.) and GRABBED the kid (he was crying, but not like INSANELY) as the horse put almost zero weight on him, and sped to the ER. He was fine, but I was like, "Um kids and horses don't combine, apparently) and he was ok, but the horses were gone within the week.

LOL, I was super scared they'd call CPS on me or whatnot, but they didn't. It was within the realm of "normal accident" apparently and in that moment I was kind of like, "Should I call CPS on myself?" LOL.

Large animals are a PITA generally. So are kids, to be fair but you love them more.

Making my boozy flavor list for July 4th. Fun. :)

Yay, my license is reactivated, and I just found this out b/c the MH director just called to offer me two shifts which actually I would VASTLY prefer, in the intake area (assessments and treatment planning) vs. checking on the folks in solitary so like, I am pleased about, I'd rather do a comprehensive assessment plus start a treatment plan vs. checking on 100 folks in solitary and whatnot.

Let's Hope this All Works out, or some of it, I'd be pretty happy in that situation, so fingers crossed although really, it's just up to salary issues now. Hopefully I can get flexibility of some sort that would be the bomb. Mainly because the husband is scared that his car insurance co won't pay for his treatment once they know he had a second car accident (not his fault, but the person was uninsured and yeah, I could see both companies pointing at each other etc. Hopefully it will be all good though. :)

Not buying shiny yet, more hurdles to go. LOL.

between here and there
My STM finally arrived from China yesterday. It got a status of sent to a different address because of forwarding instructions. Turned out it had just been sent from my PO to a different PO by mistake. Altogether it spent 6 days cruising around Indianapolis. Apparently they don't have any status options for situations where they make a mistake so they pick one at random.

I fired it up this morning with the 1.2ohm coil at 12W. That's a pretty tasty vape. I'll try the RTA head when the drop-in wears out.

I did a forum search on subtank mini and got 5000 hits. So far I've read a bunch of short threads and picked up some ideas.

Looks like wicking has to be just right on the RTA to avoid leaks and other problems.

Question about getting the glass off. I couldn't get it off this morning. Didn't want to spend too much time on it or use a lot of force. I saw a few mentions of the dental floss trick to get the glass off. Anyone know what that is?
I did try the dental floss trick, but it looks a lot easier than it really is. You are suppose to wrap the floss around the glass to get it between the glass and the top of the metal part of the tank and then pull down turning it slowly as it goes. You actually need to grow another hand cause it sure would work better. You need to hold the opposite ends of the floss while pulling down. The right strand in your left hand, and the left strand in you right hand. I finally did manage to get it off(after many trys) without breaking the glass, but in hindsight maybe that would have been better(and a whole lot quicker).

OMG. I just got recruited for a job (that I can't say what it is) that the pay scale is SO OUTRAGEOUS (not to mention benefits) that it would be TO my benefit to at least consider taking it.

Plus, it is incredibly interesting. I'm going to bet and as a SW, well, I'd have a hard time saying NO. Plus, the payscale would take care of everything. Etc. So, I may well apply (the husband was kind of understanding) and if I can't handle it, well, that's always fine I have time to decide.

It's just the kind of job that well, I'd probably LOVE it. I need a level 6 clearance but that is also fine, I'd pass. I just... I think I'm going to stop talking now, but MAN it would be fantastic.

Guess it's nice to have options. Etc.

Been awhile since I had the SXMini Q in the rotation and now I’m wondering why. It’s a fantastic vape. Sooooo smooth :)
That’s the COV Royal Hunter RDA on it. I got it on clearance from Eightvape- I think- and it’s a winner. It’s a dual coil deck but I’ve been using a single coil in it and flavor is tops! Going to build a dual coil setup this afternoon.

Hope everyone is well and getting their vape mail!! I’ll be getting the new Vaporesso mod tomorrow. I keep forgetting the name of it lol. Begins with a P. Hope that’s not an I’ll omen  !

I've never owned a YiHi chipped mod but I've been meaning to pick one up. That new SL Class is super smexy but I'm not sure of a single battery 100 watter is going to do the trick for me these days. Maybe on the go with a tank but I'd be worried about trashing the thing if I took it out of the house. I dunno.

I LOVE the Yihi chip!! Much more than the DNAs. Smooothest vape ever and not as finicky about builds or low ohms. And you can do almost all of the adjustments on the mod without needing to use the SX software. It’s too bad they’re so expensive. I bought this one on clearance for $100. Best $100 I’ve spent on vape mods. I wish I had bought 2 :(. I keep looking though!

Vape mail today bought my 30T's today..Been spending copious amounts of time educating myself on pool technology and the benefits of different sanitizing systems as well as automation for the pool..I feel is though I am back to being a newby vapor again..quite overwhelming at this point, but knowledge is abundant out there so I feel pretty good about the quest..:glug:
