Don't set a budget, set an amount of shinies to own. I redo the list three or four times a year, then sell what I don't use before buying new. If I don't sell I can't buy because that money is put towards new stuff. Doesn't work all the time, but pretty much all the time.

I could use a shiny consultation. I have a bunch of different types of mods but one thing I don't have is a dual or triple battery 150W+ regulated squonk mod. Just never got around to buying one and there have been many times when having one would have been nice. I missed the boat on the Drone, so unless they release a new one, I'm SOL on that.
This brings me to my current quandary. Do I get a Basium, a Rage or is there one I'm not aware of? Price isn't a big deal but I don't need anything too spendy. Also, I'm probably never going to take it out of the house, so portability isn't an issue, either.

Rage is good but rarely used since I went single coil and batt.

I have both a DS and a TS. Really all I don't have is a multiple batt regulated squonk. I've always thought Boxers were way overpriced.
I have the gbox. It works pretty good. Does what it's supposed to but the battery and refill design is kind of wonky. The luxotic bottles make it much better.
People over on reddit seem to like the rage lot.
Most reviews say they are pretty bad at tc but pretty good power drivers. I think it really just depends on which one is going to fit in your hand the best.
I'm trying to decide whether to sell the gbox and wait for the drone or go right for a rebel or boxer.
TC isn't something I ever do anymore. I'm just straight wattage and mechs now. Maybe I'll just get a cheap Basium to tide me over until Lost Vape get around to releasing a new Drone. That $45 sale at MFS would do the trick.
I think an Asmodus Colossal or Minikin 2 is getting more likely for me real soon. My Eleaf Pico 25 is on it's last legs. The battery cap won't stay closed the last few days. I cleaned the threads with alcohol. Didn't seem to help. Took a cap off of one of my Pico 75W's. It fits fine, but it won't stay on tight neither. Might just go for the Colossal since it will be replacing another single battery mod. I like Vapor Ranges price on it!
Think hard if you really need one. All my dual coil RDAs are back on normal mods, squonkers are all equipped with a single coil RDA. Can't beat a coil directly over the squonk pin, saturating the tails and the coil at the same time.
A multiple batt squonker for a single coil isn't really needed and just makes the whole think clunkier than it needs to be. Just my opinion of course.
Same, to me it feels like paying a prime cut steak price for a slice of meat loaf
