Bought a Para and added a Modified Sirius for the closet.
I’m not advanced at all, but I’m not new to it either. I started maybe 20 years ago and I pick it back up sporadically. I mean I am seriously far, far away from civilization here. Toledo just discovered sushi, if that tells you anything. So if I want to do or learn anything, I’m on my own. Gotta be self-reliant out in the corn & beans.Yeah that can be a PITA too. I wish I could come give you yoga lessons. If you can find any "Anusara" yoga beginner lessons on YouTube, I'd recommend it because a lot of yoga has an astonishingly high injury rate. It has to do with the fact that if you aren't aligning your muscles properly (and you aren't stretching with flexion, meaning a muscle has to be in use properly AS you stretch, which is far more Evil to do, but the chances of injury go WAY down). Either that or Pilates, that also tends to have a low injury rate because it focuses on core strength, and strength generally, not just "how limber can I get" although IMHO it's like, actually easier to get stretchy if you are also strong.
IDK, I mean, I'm not the boss of you. I just see so many people getting hurt because they're doing yoga improperly.
This is making me think stols001 may have to do a yoga Olympics post today. I think they DID finally shove it in the Olympics, but I can't remember. LOL.

What are your top 5?Loaded Glazed is in my top five all time favorites. No one does that donut base better, IMO.
These are the ones I try to always have at least two bottles of at all times -What are your top 5?
@DeloresRose we need to push our limits to move them.
You don't need to wait hours before doing another set.
Do your usual max then wait 5 minutes and do as many as you have left in you.
It's actually better to do them while you're still warmed up. All you need is a short recovery to find more in you that you didn't have before the short "break".
That's why sets work. Max then recover then max again etc
45 pushups is awesome BTW![]()
Have you tried
Ruthless Loaded Strawberry Jelly Donut?
No prob. If you like Krispy Kreme, you can't go wrong with the Glazed, IMO. I was just thinking about that line recently when I ordered the two new flavors. I haven't had great luck with them considering how much I enjoy their Glazed. I've tried all but the cranberry one now and haven't found any of them much to my liking aside from Glazed and Smores after a long steep.Going to order some...thanks Tralfaz!!![]()
