Ya'll are making me miss Newcastle Brown ale, LOL, that tasted great WHENEVER.

You can also hardly go wrong with a shot IN a beer, honestly. No need for unnecessary separation IMHO.

this 10.5% trunk stomper will save you the work of dumping a shot glass into your beer. Didn't say it tastes good. In fact we used to punch a hole in the bottom with a knife and "beerbong" it down because of the elephant aftertaste.

I grew up in Newcastle. It was mostly old guys who drank the Nukie Brown. There was a lighter version called Newcastle Amber which I was partial to. Haven't had one of those in a while.
