Rayon, you can stack as many strands as you need to.

So did you order a Bertha V2? $600+ for a PWM mod is wicked steep, you could build yourself one for a lot less.

Ive got the Bertha V2..$600.00 is the retail price on their site.. Do you know of one cheaper elsewhere?

Still looking for wicking for the 40 mm hive... seems we were out of Charmin...looking eagerly at the new white kitchen towel... noticed it's made from Egyptian cotton... Any others used stuff from Egypt to wick?o_O

Cut up your Egyptian cotton sheets.
The wife will understand.

What should I do.

A t class.
Another therion 75c.
Another mech squonk
Personally I'd go for the therion 75c (if you can find one, they've become kind of rare), I just love replay with squonking.
I've only tried Yihi mods from others, never bought one because I broke 30+ joysticks in my life. Not saying they're bad or anything, just not for me.
That said I'd probably still buy one for $45 if it was in working order, the sx550j board is about $60 if everything goes wrong.
Agreed, but I'd be that guy on the crane.
I thought you were a parachuter. Parachutist? Paramedic?

That's very true... However, I have not built in the past..I have some basic knowledge as I used to build and race RC cars at a competitive level.. But nah.. the guy who does this, does it for a living.. His attention to detail is second to none..as I've looked at many competitors products..
Having ordered 4 from him now has some slight privilege as far as pricing and he has ran as much as 30% off on any mod in the past..
Like many things I have been goo-goo eyed over, this too at some point and time will be a fleeting moment..but for now.. I do my best to support someone who has the passion to create a work of art in a mod..

Has anyone used the Daedalus coil making rig? Is it only useful for making Clapton’s? Can I make twisted wire on it?

For twisted wire you can make it with two Popsicle sticks. Wouldn't be worth it IMO.

Mine would throw me a tampon and explain that it's super absorbent with great wicking properties.

Pull string makes it a breeze to wick a coil too.

You look for her understanding AFTER you cut the sheets, you don't ask for it before.
You're married, you should know this!! :D
