Not sure dropping that much $$$ on something I don’t know if I’ll like is prudent . Although it IS the first squonker I’ve seen that made my heart go pitter-pat.

What's not to like? This is not the time or thread for prudent. Really, you'll like it. If you don't (can't imagine why) you can find it a new home in under an hour just from the folks in this thread alone.

My only small issue with the 21700 Spade is the way they made the channel for the 510 to accommodate the battery keeps you from using an rda over 24 mm. Not a huge deal, but the 18650 Spade could, and why spend that much to have any sort of limitation on what you can potentially use? I mean an extra mm and it wouldn't have made the mod like monsterously large. Still, a pretty box.

I got my Littlefoot finally. I like it quote a bit. The fancy thumb screws are pretty much just for taking pretty pictures sadly. It has a ton of room for big builds and for wicks. It could fit a 7 wrap quad core build in it, not bad for a 24mm rda and it has a whole lot of AF. It is a bit too fancy for the Pulse but it is the only squonk I have I can use 30Ts in ATM.

Perhaps it’s my preconceived notions... I just picture clutzy me trying to refill a squishy bottle and get it hooked up inside the small space inside a mod. Sounds like the recipe for a juice flood

They make refill bottles that screw into the 510 and you squeeze the juice in through it. Much easier to fill. You would probably have the best exoerience with something like the topside though. Just take off the cap and squeeze the juice in.

It's regulated 90W I think. I like the way it looks too. I love squonk mods for on the go. They are a self contained dripper pretty much and they hold enough juice to last me all day. With a single coil, one battery will last all day too. If you use drippers they are a much more convenient option. Even RTAs I have to carry an extra bottle of liquid or a gigantic tank.

Update! Thanks to @dom qp I saved $75 on my Drone order making it $175 CAD or $132 USD thanks to a Black Friday sale! I owe that guy some Korean BBQ, well maybe some e juice instead

Whew that sounds more right.

The drop dead is popular but I think it’s rated lower flavorwise then the drop ornthe dead rabbit.

The dr was definitely my favorite before the profile and the piper.

Yes, that will happen. Not as much as you first fear, but it will. That's why you have a roll of paper towels handy. After a few fills and bottle swaps it's not a problem at all. Think of it like having your first rta leak a bit when first learning how to wick. This is actually easier than dealing with wicking a tank.

But that bottle is kinda squishy. Still, worth it.

I won a drop dead rda from one of my local B&M's. I got it yesterday and just gave it away to a guy at work today. I really didn't like the airflow and the flavour wasn't there. To each their own, this isn't to criticize anyone who owns one, I'm just wondering what I missed? Seemed like a popular rda, that disappointed.

Not missing anything. I used the drop dead (dead rabbit, and drop) for a while. They're good, but they're not mind blowing. They're mind blowing when all you've ever vaped is a drop in coil tank and all of a sudden you're on a RDA/RSA and dripping/squonking for the first time.

This is a problem with almost everything vape related. People think that what they have is the best stuff ever, but they haven't tried anything better. For a long time I was all about the SMM. It was my first serious RTA that I used a lot and I evangelized it. It was a 9/10 flavor banger and I made sure everyone knew they should buy one. "It's way better than that Smok Garbage Decatuple coil you're using." I rebuilt it today for fun and it's definitely not more than a 3/10 in flavour for me now. At the time I hadn't tried anything better. For me my top 3 are the B2K, KRMA, and Citadel. I'll recommend them to everyone but I don't know if there's something out there I haven't tried that is so much better that i've done a disservice recommending them.

I can get more clouds and flavour out of a B2K with a single coil than the Drop Dead/Dead Rabbit/Drop. I wouldn't sweat it.

Check it out side-by-side with the Orion! You can get them second hand for a fraction of the price!

Those are some really good points. My 2 regular Rda's are the Etheon and B2K so maybe I've been spoiled. I have a second B2K deck in limbo with Canada Post, that's how much I like it. (original B2K purchased based off of your recommendation)

So much of it is subjective, that's why I asked if I was missing anything. The guy I gave it to actually got me into vaping, so I kind of felt like I owed him, lol. The funny thing is he was vaping on a suorin pod system that I think came out late 2017 when he talked me into vaping and this is his first rda to go with a mod and sub ohm tank he bought, so being his first rda he might love it, because as you pointed out, he has nothing else to compare it to.

Sometimes I have to back off when recommending something to someone for this reason.

I highly recommend the Juggerknot mini to people and there are a couple of members who recently got theirs and love it, so I'm comfortable that it's not just me. I had the Engine nano to compare that with and it was a highly regarded rta. I also have the OG Juggernaut so felt like my recommendation was solid.

Well I built the profile.
At yalls urging I went with the nexmesh to start. It is a very nice vape.
I dont say this often but dang i had to cut down the massive airflow. I bet you could run a super hot large standard coil in here with no issues.
I'll try the 22mm cap at some point.....

Oh, I have an entire list of unaffordable artisan mod makers in my list! My local vape shop owner told me tonight on the phone, “don’t come into my shop with that ....! Rubbing my face in it and pouring salt in the wound with unobtanium!” I told him I’ll be in Monday! Gonna actually surprise him tomorrow!!!
Vape shop owner knew exactly what I showing up today, as I was walking out he was just repeating “salt in the wound”.:lol::lol:

That's awesome! Sounds like you have a good shop to go to.

We're lucky to have a bunch of local shops, the one that's closest to where I live specializes in Smok products, or so it would seem. That's what the employees are using and selling. I went in with my Lost Vape and B2K yesterday to pick up an rda that I won and they looked at my set up like it had 3 heads. I honestly don't think they'd know a Dicodes or VA mod if it slapped them in the face. Oh well, they sell decent batteries, wire and cotton which is all I need them for.
