Not offended at all. Just hate to see what is basically a good product trashed because some are having problems. Granted quality control was lacking and I can fully understand your frustration but Smoant is a pretty solid company with a good track record. If they aren't stepping up to make it right I would be disappointed and aggravated as well. It does surprise me you're having problems with their cs.

Since it's December I'm making pâte de coings (Spanish dulce de membrillo), not sure what the proper English word is (a quick lookup yielded "quince cheese" which sounds so... wrong what's wrong with you guys).
It's kind of a jelly candy but the only ingredients are quince and sugar. Goes great with a cup of tea (eg lemon balm) on a cold day.
Still waiting for Evolv to bring their devices to the market but the outlook is bleak... the whole FDA catastrophe may have stopped that. Sure hope they still find a way to release to the rest of the world, would be a shame if they shelfed it.

And what is Evolv sitting on it can't release yet? I know they got the C series out in time and now the Go chip for pods. Anything on the rumor mill you can share?

Which is a good thing. Sorta. That errant Recurve is finally at the local post office. Which means I'll have to receive it only to turn around and go back to the same post office to ship it back. Oh well. At least I can look forward to that Cut squonker appearing sometime. Hopefully still in 2018.
