Care to explain. Your version of poor service may not be as severe to someone else. I’ve never tried their juice but given their price it is a consideration.
Well for me it's about accountability.
I order from them a lot, last week I placed a big order so I knew that I'd be covered for the holidays. Monday I clicked the shipping link and nothing more than "A shipping label has been created" I found that odd because I usually have their order in 2-3 days. I emailed to check on the status that morning and was told they'd look into it and committed to getting back to me by the end of the day. Tues morning I hadn't heard anything, not a big deal at this point, so I emailed again. They replied that they think it was shipped and that there might be a missing postal scan somewhere, again they say they'll get back to me by the end of the day and don't. Yesterday same story, he even says that I'll hear back from him "for sure" and nothing. Canada Post says they don't have the package.
So my beef is, even if you have no solid update, you email by the end of the day like you said you would for 3 consecutive days. Also if someone has spent a bunch of money in the last month on my product, I reship the order and figure it out with Canada Post later.
This isn't a huge company, satisfying the customer and building a good reputation should be their goal. They also claim all orders ship the same day if in before noon, NONE of my orders ever have, so they need to remove that claim from their site.
