It's terrible! I even placed a bigger order yesterday morning in hopes it would beat my lost order here and it still hasn't shipped. Very disappointed.

When I talked to him he mentioned he was going to label and pack my order, to make sure I get the juice combo and other stuff I asked for.

If I get mine before yours, and you need eliquid to tide you over the holidays, I can pass you some of the bottles. I'm going to the office tomorrow but I only have a couple extra Supernovas right now.

The order coming in is something like 4 Supernovas, 4 Voids, 4 Nebulas, and 12 Bavarians with an extra bottle of random to make 25 -- if you need some of those.

Well for me it's about accountability.

I order from them a lot, last week I placed a big order so I knew that I'd be covered for the holidays. Monday I clicked the shipping link and nothing more than "A shipping label has been created" I found that odd because I usually have their order in 2-3 days. I emailed to check on the status that morning and was told they'd look into it and committed to getting back to me by the end of the day. Tues morning I hadn't heard anything, not a big deal at this point, so I emailed again. They replied that they think it was shipped and that there might be a missing postal scan somewhere, again they say they'll get back to me by the end of the day and don't. Yesterday same story, he even says that I'll hear back from him "for sure" and nothing. Canada Post says they don't have the package.
So my beef is, even if you have no solid update, you email by the end of the day like you said you would for 3 consecutive days. Also if someone has spent a bunch of money in the last month on my product, I reship the order and figure it out with Canada Post later.
This isn't a huge company, satisfying the customer and building a good reputation should be their goal. They also claim all orders ship the same day if in before noon, NONE of my orders ever have, so they need to remove that claim from their site.

That sounds unfortunate. Having been on both sides of customer service I can tell you there are 2 sides to every coin. Not trying to justify their actions but perhaps they are overwhelmed with holiday sales. They strike me as a very small company that probably does not have the resources to hire extra help for busy times of the year. Are they going to correct their mistake or did they just say you are pretty much screwed? Seems Dom has enjoyed excellent customer service so perhaps this is just a rare one time issue.
 
I've had nothing but great service. Example: my first order I received 5 or 6 bottles in the wrong concentration. I got 5 or 6 replacement bottles 2 days later and was told to keep my wrong ones for free.

I think the difference though is the WV guys are available almost 24/7 in the CECR discord. As i'm writing this I literally just got a message from one of them because I bought 25 bottles this morning and wanted to get a different combination than what is offered.

They're super responsive when you live chat them on discord, but I have no idea what the e-mail experience is like.

Cool man! I'll let you know. I also have those same flavors coming, 8 Bavarian cream and others. R is off of work until Feb anyway.

For those who don't know, @dom qp lives in my city and has been a wealth of information and good recommendations for me since I joined.

I've had this happen from them too... missed scans. For whatever reason it went from shipping label created to at my local CP and out for delivery:

I don't think that's necessarily a WV thing, looks like a CP thing.

Wait, you said the other day that you've only ordered from them a couple of times, so maybe you just haven't had the bad service

Couple times = 5 or 6 deliveries from them in my case.

Couple times = 5 or 6 deliveries from them in my case.

I’ve have had many missed scans, and your right, not necessarily the fault of the shipper

I can translate that to hunting/fishing/ shop tools if you’d like... To be clear, clones in vape gear tend to aim to being 1:1. Fakes of designer goods are usually made of vastly inferior materials (vinyl vs leather, gold plate vs gold,painted plastic vs brass) to give the APPEARANCE of being real. They’re not meant to last more than a season at best. On the converse, I have a Jackie Gucci bag that looks as fab as it did in the 70’s when I got it. And, I could probably recoup or make $ if I sold it.

Edit: @chanelvaps beat me to it. And, yes... I am a Princess. Himself will vouch for that ;)

Sorry for the delay in replying to your email, we’re currently swamped at the moment and Canada Post is continuously giving us the run around in regards to your order ( and the several others that they have lost that day ), so we apologize for having kept you waiting.

As you’ve seen with your dealings with us, we always (and dilligently) make sure that every bottle ordered goes out in a timely fashion and we always duely compensate anyone who had to wait due to issues of any nature, whether they arose from our end or Canada Post’s side — our end priority is getting the ejuice to your door!

We just got a response Canada Post at the location where packages were received this morning saying that the package was received but must have missed a scan. Clearly this has inconvenienced you and we do apologize for that, so we’ll be more than happy to reship your order with extra bottles and just have them return to sender the firstnpackage sent once it does get scanned.

You can expect it to go out today and if there is anything more we can do to help, please let us know! We’ll let you know if CP will use the same tracking number or if a new one will be generated by our system. The orders for the new flavours are shipping out tomorrow morning, as they’ve had a much larger amount of orders than we anticipated. We would like to thank you for your patience as well as having brought this to our attention initially!

I doubt if I will do it because I also want the newest Dyson Cordless Vac (v10 animal). I mean my animals want me to get it and I cannot say no to them. It is almost $500 and I feel wise putting my money there. Between that and the Roomba I will not have to worry about shedding. I do like the SXK and it seems to come with that bridge. I've seen it popping up like that but it doesn't make much sense based on the Lost Vape notice of redoing the body materials and hope to have it out the end of January. Which means maybe February. I can't see how they're taking preorders with "ship" dates of 1/11. For something that could turn out to be a 6-8 week preorder then ship from FT I might wait abs see. Not sure I want it for next spring. I don't plan my wardrobe that far in advance, and I think there's enough uncertainty until v2.1 is seen by at least a few reviewers to confirm it's existence and basically same form factor, feel, and weight. I just don't know how the change to Lexan will alter it.

Personally for me I ain't worrying about it. Not interested at all in a dual 18650 squonker. Would much rather something that can use a 40T.

Congrats on overcoming your resistance (it is futile after all) -- we all deal with occasional bouts of self-control and fiscal responsibility and it's always encouraging to hear when someone pushes on through to click the final 'buy' button.
