My arguments have had noting to do with clones, per se.. I've said numerous times I don't care if people buy them. Some do because they can't afford the original and some do because the original is hard to get.. I get it and have no issue at all there.

What you don't do is buy one then slam and attack the original creator with insults and disinformation rants....

Who and what has been attacked in just the last few days? Astonishing!

-@Doug Dino
-Billet Box
-Darren (Hellfire)
-Hellfire
-@Katdarling
-Me (more than once)

All this just in the last week or so.. And now we have these same people playing the victim card and making woe is me type statements..

I thought this thread was suppose to be a funny support group type thing for those of us with new gear dysfunction...
Have to say wish I hadn't gotten this notification.

I am sad and missing the "old days".

I am sorry to hear that you are sad... No reason to be as internet arguments happen all the time.

I do apologize for my part in the fracas and will move along and away from that now.. I just draw the 'be nice' line with certain things but onwards we can all go..

Hopefully this thread is - and can get back to - what I though it was:

I thought this thread was suppose to be a funny support group (not insult group) type thing for those of us with new gear syndrome.

If that what it is then it certainly can be fun and entertaining...

I'm giving the single coil thing another whirl. Thousands of vapers can't be wrong, right? New build and coil placement this time. I took a wrap off a tri-core fused clapton and got it to around .13 and it's pretty dang good on the Solo with the AFC open. I might even have to dust off my B2K the kids have been raving about :D

I have an uneducated question... I have an rdta on my Topside, which I prefer for long trips. To me, it’s easier when I can see if there’s juice in that tiny glass well...

Are rdtas outdated? I’d like one that’s not quite as tight a draw, but there don’t seem to be that many out there.

I do apologize for my statement. I just need to accept that the thread has gotten larger and evoled and adjust or move on.

Looks great on the mod, but I’m going to guess based on how tight you have the af it’s way too airy for me?

RDTAs are still around, just not in fashion this year. I have a dual coil Gaia you're welcome to. It has very good flavor but if coil placement isn't precise it whistles rather loudly. I would suggest you give the Pindad a try.

No need to apologize!! Arguments should be taken private. I’d hate to put off a new vaper by having them think there’s not a place for everyone, no matter what they choose. It’s hard to remember in the heat of the moment, but we here are the face of vaping people find when they google a product name or look for advice.

The Pindad is amazing for a little 22mm RDTA, you can put the BF pin in it for squonking or leave the valve pin for top filling. Awesome flavor with a dual 24ga build on the Pico, no whistle either.

    Morning shinies :)

We've got two new baby lambs (pics to come)

They were born Christmas day & boxing day. What makes them different is lambing started in September and ended in October ;) They came from 'dry' (non-lambing) ewes who obviously played with the ram on the very last day he left their paddock.

Brother-in-law is getting teased by the whole community

Never heard of the pindad … I just ordered a Taifun GT III … Seems like a good RTA... Suppose I will find out.

Taifuns ROCK! I've had every one of them except for the 4 and I have my eye on it with an XS tank as well....

    You'll love it!

yeah I have a Doggy that DPL sent me and I love it... However, I wanted to experiment with a bit more air-flow and from the videos I have watched it seems like the Taifun is sort of a modwhomping tank that will do restricted DTL or MTL.... That would be right up my alley for sure.

With the GT III less cotton is preferred... With the older GT's you left the wick poking outside the chamber and into the tank and needed to fill the slats. The III uses a different wicking method..

When you build the III, don't use a ton of cotton in the wells..

Enjoy it, I love all the Taifuns and am looking forward to getting the 4... My getting the 4 depends on if I get the Dicodes 21700 or not.. I don't have any mods at the moment that take a 25mm atty without overhang and the 4 changed over to 25mm... The Dicodes 21700 will but I still am on the fence over ordering it or not..

yeah Brother, thanks for the tip :) Seems like each tank I try has it's own unique way of being wicked.

Yup they all do... I fought my EVL Reaper V3 half of the day yesterday trying to get it's wicking down.., Finally landed the correct build after about 4 failed attempts.. Now it's vaping like a beast!

You'll get it dialed in and once you do, those Taifuns flat out ROCK!

I just got the small Wismec Sinuous P80 mod a few days ago and it will take a 26MM tank without over hang.
