I need batteries, wick and wire. No more shinies.

All batteries, wick, wire and no shiny makes Tralfaz a dull boy.

Did you order any of the other juice from that hit that juice sale? Can never have too much....
I was already sitting on a box full I'd just received a day prior so I snoozed on the sale. I'll pick up some more flavors to try when I run low but I think Boston Cream is the shiz compared to all else.

I don't like Miami. If I ever make it back to the states, it'll be NYC. Buenos Aires is also a noisy city. Comes with the territory. If you want stores nearby, you have to deal with the noise.

I wish I was a city girl. It would be so much more convenient. I was born in NJ but moved to Ohio as a kid, not sure I could cope now.

I’m on the edge of a small town and on a nice day, I can walk to the few shops there are. But it’s a 100% car dependent lifestyle, really.

I was a city girl in Burbank last year. You could find foot traffic at all hours, walk to the local liquor store, coffee shop and grocery. While I was there I longed for rural. When I am in rural I long for city. big sigh.....
I have to drive everywhere I go now. And drive for 2-3 miles to the stores, post office etc.
Life is HARD when the grass always looks greener over there.........

Sorry, lol at 2 miles! My tiny mom and pop grocery is 5-6 miles. Bigger ones are 15. 20 miles to any clothing store. I don’t even know anywhere to buy shoes aside from Sneaker circus. 20 miles.

Which are all pretty quick drives in good weather because we just don’t have a ton of traffic ( although you might get stuck behind farm equipment 9 months out of the year) but in the winter that 30 minute drive easily turns into a 2 hour white knuckle nightmare.

Just saying, all you city folks, if we look like bumpkins, it is because we can get Wranglers and hoodies and t shirts and cowboy boots at Tractor Supply easy. We’re a day trip away from the finer things.
