I just have the one Zeus Dual I picked up on a whim. Of all the RTAs I have, it's been the least problematic and slowest to develop that funky "sat too long between uses" taste that most of my RTAs get when I put them down for a day or two with a build in. Only problem is that it's blue and doesn't look so hot on my gang of murdered out mods.
The build deck and aesthetics of this one have me interested. The black one looks low gloss, too. I'll probably end up with one.

My resin falcon arrived. I juiced it up, I like it as much as my nunchaku tank. great flavor with the mesh coil.
A short OG tale before bedtime.
Driving fast on a country road, I encountered one of the above at about 60 mph. It decided to go for a walk on my side of the road close enough for me to react, but not close enough for me to stop. I hit the brakes as hard as I could, and steered round him without incident.

I have a complete set of duals, because I love how easy going they are. But the colors are not the best. I was hoping th next incarnations would not be matte, but it looks like the black and gunmetal are - although, that’s not all bad for those colors. Glad the blue is shiny. I might have to grab that.

My close call was back when my mustang was new. I was coming home along the River late one night and I know that area to be crawling with critters so I was going slow. There are groundhogs the size of St Bernards out there. Never saw a deer there before though.
On one side, it drops way off and there was corn growing there that year. It drops down so low, the corn was just a tad higher than the road. I thought I saw a movement, and slammed on the brakes just as a big doe jumped right in front of me. I mean she was so close...
I told my husband I bet I tapped her ..... He thought I was exaggerating. Then we found hair stuck in my license plate!
She was a big gal, if I’d have hit her she’d have come right over the hood and through the windshield.
I had a Chrysler la baron (?) convertible and one night in the wee hours was out and about top down when I hit a huge buck. He slid up the windshield and nearly ended up in our lap. He was beautiful, broke my heart (and my car).
I had a deer encounter in the early 2000s. I had just picked up a new Cadillac DTS a couple of weeks prior and was still in that new car honeymoon phase. In other words, any excuse for a road trip was good enough. A friend and I headed north out of the city and across the border to one of the Native American casinos to hit the buffet and play a little blackjack. We were headed back to the city at around 2:30 am, laughing and recounting old stories and pretty much the only car on the road.
Next thing I knew there was a flash of tan fur in the high beams and then nothing. I was blinded. Upon impact, the deer had rolled up and over the right side of my car just as the wind caught my hood and flipped it back up against my windshield. I managed to steady the vehicle and had my friend roll down his window and watch the side of the road as I slowed down from 75 MPH and pulled to the shoulder.
It was pitch black aside from the glow of my tail lights, so no locating the deer. Antifreeze was pouring out of my cracked radiator so there was no time to look, anyway. I dug around in the trunk and found a wire hanger from the dry cleaners and used it to wire the hood down so we could get off the highway. We managed the five or so miles to the next exit and pulled into a gas station just as the engine started to overheat.
We got a flatbed to the dealership, hiked across the road for some well earned breakfast and cabbed it home around 6 AM. I went back the next day to have a look. What a mess. Thankfully insurance picked up the $8K for the repairs and in a couple of weeks I was reunited with my car. Deer are no joke.

Glad you folks are alright! No, they are not a joke. I lost one friend to a deer collision, and everyone I know has had an encounter.
The first wave of that storm went through and woke me right up. What a barn washer! Should be an interesting day, rain, wind, snow.
I took the mini meh along when I went shopping yesterday. But the pod is pretty spent. I will just save the others pods for my dog walks, or birding, because it really is fine for times when the weight is a real bonus.
I got 10 pod fills before it got funky. That’s not terrible.
So, I also loaded up the berserker with the nic salts to see how that would go. The draw is pretty similar and while it’s no pod, it’s a good use for that rta.
I’m gonna say this, and you can believe it or don’t, but my rtas last a lot longer between maintenance on my Colossals than any other mod I have. I still haven’t needed to swap the cotton on my gear. Still vaping all the way, flavor is as good as day 2. Three weeks. One week with the berserker with commercial juice. One week is more than I normally get with diy.
I’m running them in tcr on normal.
No idea why that would be, some scientific explanation about how precisely it heats the coil I imagine, but I have not had similar experiences with any other mods. I may have to divorce some of my married batteries to accommodate them.

I agree, but I vape at the same wattage regardless of mod. I’m using my mint vanilla juice in the Gear, which I’ve used in a few other tanks at around the same ohms 20-ish, in several other mods, including the minikin v2s and Paranormals. And I generally count on wicking in 4-5 days.
You know I always have 2-3 tanks going a day, but still, it’s gone through almost 120 ml. I’ve never gotten much past 60, and often not that much.
Good morning shiners! I've had my occasional close calls with deer. Only thing that saved me was seeing the glint of their eyes from the headlights to tip me off. There was one time I pulled into my driveway to find a very large buck just standing there staring at me. I didn't want to piss it off by getting all aggressive or anything so I sat there for about a minute until the buck was satisfied it won the staring contest and sauntered back into the woods.

I need a wider diameter tank though, it's pretty fat I am not a fan of the bullet look.
Other than that I am a fan. It think with a silver tank it will look better,. even bulletty.
Oh well, ,the need to buy more stuff is mot a MINUS exactly. LOL
