My Zeus X arrived today.

Installed some Ni80 quad core fused claptons.

It's a pretty nice looking tank. The build was super easy and the flavor is great thanks to that reduced inner chamber. So far, I'd say this is the best tank yet of the ones I own. My G.R.1 showed up too. My dude threw in a complimentary Ultem cap. Not sure what squonk I'm going to use it on yet. Maybe my Ultem Armageddon box or my Steam Rabbit. Really diggin' this new tank for now.

Careful with Celebrex, do you have heart disease related in your family? Ask your practicioner about diclofenac. Taken in small doses (50 mg) the quick release capsules are a charm and releive pain very fast, and are non narcotic. Not to use on long term therapies though. Before my heart attack I was taking 300mg a day to releive stiffness in my hip joints. But in careful doses and with a watchful eye, releives very very fast. I did take Celebrex but was off it due to my heart...
no heart troubles and I switch back and forth with Naproxyn

Well, I went to rebuild my Eternity RDA on my old faithful, took it apart and then couldn't find my 30g wire (I know I still have some ... probably hiding out with my needle nose pliers that went missing last week). Anyway, used some nr-r-nr wire (1.5ohm) and it was working well enough:

However, I decided to formally retire the Eternity after 5+ years of faithful service -- even though it looked like it was made for the pipe. I had a stainless Berserker RDA clone still in the box that I figured I'd pair with the new epipe that just listed as shipped from FT (just a Kamry 1000 plus). So, I built the berserker at 1.0 ohm, put it on the old epipe, fashioned a smallish wood ring to hide the gap, found an appropriate drip tip, and now have this e-franken-pipe:

... at least the RDA will be well broken in by the time the kamry gets here.

edit: puffing on some diluted (and old) Bella Valente with a touch diy cigar flavor.

morning all.
am liking the faris rdta a lot. still regretting the rainbow finish slightly. 12ml capacity with the topside dual.
a zeus x will be gotten. have the first one but skipped the following version. ss would be pretty sweet on the stratum zero i think but will need to check the diameter.
got a budget milk frother but it's just a wee bit wide for the 50ml bottles i use. a beaker will be picked up on amazon i think.

Good morning shiners! Another day, another order.

Actually not. Just watching the releases and not getting excited about any of the stuff coming out. The only exception might be the "premium" Topside Dual, which I don't need (like that matters) but is still a month away.

UPS is making me upset today.

Yesterday they didn't deliver my plug because they said they need "security access". The road is closed on one side due to construction, they just need to go around to the other side. It's been closed for over 18 months, they know this. The scan came in at 6:55 PM and it was out for delivery at 6:00 AM. I think the delivery guy just wanted to call it a day and finish his shift. What ...... me off is they plastered a message on the tracking page saying they would return to sender if they don't get confirmation of address but leave no note on how they want me to contact them. I figured it would be best to reduce their workload, seeing they have issues matching their socks in the morning, and get it delivered to a UPS store so I can pick it up. Now I get a warning that they need me to confirm which location I want it delivered to. Issue is that when you select the option to pick it up at a UPS store you have to pick which one. Idiots.

I also have my Chinese shipment that arrived on the other side of the continent last week. Says expected delivery today but it was last scanned in Burnaby, BC. Doubt i'll be getting that one any time soon.

I don’t think I have any incoming today, but I don’t really check unless they send emails.

I only check fasttech to remind myself what I ordered so I don’t buy it twice.

I do have a Macy’s order to pick up at the PO today but that doesn’t count.

@dom qp I had that issue with UPS once, and yep that’s a drag. I think I had to google it and use my zip code to find the closest one. But now I know where it is, it was tucked in behind a bunch of other businesses and I never would have just happened upon it. Came in handy when I had to ship stuff.

12F with a windchill of -4 right now, and cold all week is the forecast. Next week it’s supposed to be more springlike, 40s and 50s. I’m so ready for that!
