That's an 18350 device, good for very low watts and not much vaping IMHO, you'll need to carry spare batteries. Also 25W is getting into the dangerous area for the current crop of 18350's and there are none that will support 30W.

I'd really give that thing a hard pass and get a Billet Box either SXK or authentic.

morning all.
after striking a deal with the splendid @NolaMel I'll shortly be a member of the provari club (won't be attending the meetings however).
I'll leave the depressing act of checking my two current royal fail tracking numbers until later in the day.
my FT cart has a couple of shiny things in it but will try and wait for the easter sale. like that'll happen...

I recently got a Recurve as well. Was looking at something easy to setup since whatever I purchased would be my first ever RDA .. Recurve seemed to fit that requirement. B&M store where I live had it on sale for $23.99CAD ... so I lucked out there. Was super easy to build, great flavor ... now all I need is another mod and a juice that I like ... the struggles :/

Got the same color as you though!

If you don't mind me asking, what wattage do you vape the Recurve at?

I have it on the Lustro which is unregulated, but the coil is .5 ohms, and according to steam engine that’s about 35 watts.

I’ll admit, I always wondered what’s the big deal with not being able to adjust anything? Especially since the tech for mods is evolving like it is. But there’s something to be said for simplicity.

And morning all.

ETA. Luna, not Lustro. My poor phone can’t keep up with all the weird words I throw at it.

I’m waffling. The 70 says it has a rev.4 which is what the atmizoo vapeshell says it fits. And, yes... I have no idea what that means. But the vapeshell will be the same or more than the bb, so I need the right thing. Now I remember what it felt like to be a new vaper... whole new unknown vocabulary.
I know! This is where I have always backed out of the BB buy. Too much unknown.

I adjust mine all the time:
If the vape is to hot, the coil gets one more wrap .... to cold, one less wrap.
    (rocket science)

    add:
With a mechanical/unregulated we simply adjust the resistance instead of the wattage/voltage, but they are STILL adjustable. (BTW, I'm running a 2.0 coil instead of a 0.2 coil)

Good morning shiners! Spotted this in today's junk mail.

So it's sorta unregulated, bypass-3.5V-3.2V selectable 1 or 2 18650s with all the usual protections. The 3.5 and 3.2V selections are kinda weird, but I'm not the one who picked them. I guess Bypass would be the preferred choice. Otherwise an interesting little box for the price.

That is interesting. Surprised they advertised it for beginners.

When searching for the "styled" box and accessories be sure to use "BB styled" as well as "Billet Box"
I am told the only clone worth getting is the SXK one. I think they are out of them at FT.
So let me get this straight ( I know you are probably shaking your head, like )
If I buy one of these SXK Billet Box V4 DNA60 Vape Full kits-$109 and Freeshipping|legendgadget
it comes with all I need and there after I will only need either Kanger coils or Nautilus coils because it has the thing that holds the coils and it comes with it.
If I want to turn it into a rebuildable device I have to buy another something (box, bridge, whatamacallit)

Happy belated birthday(s) @NolaMel !!. I was up way too late (and due to my YET again recluse bite) I had to take extra ADHD med to do it (my doc says this is fine... When needed, although I'm not sure he would have approved of this usage.

Then I was trying to "come down" so I could eat and the husband gave me word of the nefarious doings of the apartment. They are SUCH slum lords and I HATE them... It makes me want to call the health department it really does. Or better YET, threaten them with it in return for the pound of flesh they are trying to extract. I fell asleep at like, 11. There is NO way I am doing yoga or EVEN arguing with the apartment lady (Lack of coherence is my problem.)

Bleuch driving to Douglas this afternoon too. To get the keys to our NEW house, which is all tile. Thank god.

No, most all fit the Boro box, and SXK makes most of them.
    Example:
$12.95 SXK Insider Styled RBA for Billet Box Rev4 Tank - 316 stainless steel at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

I still think when you say "best vape ever" this is only because you have added gadgets (bridge, box RBA or whatchamacallit) and are vaping in TC. Wondering if, for the average person, like me, that does not want to fall down a rabbit hole and pay for more stuff I would still get a great vape just with one of these and using Kanger or Nautilus coils. Does it not then devalue the awesomeness of it?

I'll be honest I can't figure out what all needs to be purchased to make it work...

I think that's important to know. What makes it work?

Then, what add-ons might be an improvement? And what's the cost benefit analysis of those add ons?

This knowledge might be helpful for anyone seeking to purchase a BB..
