Been busy window shopping the NZ online sites. Found a couple of options, if I ignore their size

Would you pick a vandy vape pulse bf 80w or a Desire Rage Ohm boy?

And those who are Rage owners, what's the hand feel like? Love how short it is, and it looks like it would be comfy to hold, similar form factor to a Minikin 2

My Pindad is an RDTA that is squonkable, it's totally different on an RDTA than on that rta.

You have to loosen the top on the Augvape to allow the pressure out while you squonk, might just as well fill the tank from the top instead.

The split was the first of these I used a few years back.

The coppervape copy was very good with the single coil option.
I used it a few years back now and loved it. You could single coil a decent mtl vape with the 510 adapter or open it right up to single or dual coil.
The most popular one in the UK was the cthulhu one. Bit of a kenedy style deck in a tank size rdta (name escapes me currently).
The geekvape medusa reborn was the best I tried for big boy coils. It had a metal tank to look like a huge rda but the base had a huge tank reservoir and it vaped very much like the goon.
O rings where bloody tight though (goes without saying for geekvape).

No more searching for a squonk pin for you. Granted it's a niche market these days with new stuff almost always coming with a BF pin, but there could be a little side business for folks especially attached to an older atty who want a BF pin but don't have or want to buy a drill press.

yeah!!! please let me know how that turns out, i'd love to have my bigblock be a squonker and maybe even the rda part of the limitless classic rdta but kinda sort of need the bigblock

I converted a big block for someone a while back. It was pretty straightforward as I remember.
Replaced the pin with one of the ft one's from the link above (I've draws of them, lol) and drilled a small 1.5mm hole in the base of the centre post for the juice to flow from.
Can't remember if I had to put a little chemical metal into the centre post to stop juice heading up and out the wire clamp. Not essential but I've done that a few times too.

I have the 80w pulse, despite it being square, it isn't a comfort issue when holding it. You should also check out the Desire Cut squonk. I have one, pretty comfy in the hand as well.

Great link! Only problem is the big block 454 won’t go near those. It has a press fit copper center pin. There are a few ways I could see to do it.

A) One is tap out the pin through the top hole (might not work), drill a hole in the base next to the shaft and use a jewelers saw with the blade fit through the hole to cut a channel in the pin (would likely work), then RE-PRESS FIT the pin back into the center shaft (might possibly work if it doesn’t just fold in half or something ruining the whole thing) and hope there’s enough room around the 4(!) wires in the center hole to squonk juice.

B) drillpress a hole through the center of the copper pin to about 1/8th in. Of the top of the center pin while it is still in place, then cross drill juice holes. This should work better if it works but requires a drill press.

C) punch out the center pin and tap a thread into the interior of the center post (looked too thin but I could be wrong) and hope one of those fasttech pins is long enough to reach the resistance wires at the top. (Requires the right tap) also you get to hope there’s enough room around the wires.

All of them kinda suck but I think I got the best chances with B. It’s the most likely to work and should produce the best result.

got a horizon falcon king tank to replace the freemax pro i sold.
i don't like it much at all. it's airier than an airy thing and am not getting good flavour from the dual coil mesh (0.3ohm). got the AFC closed by around 80% but it isn't really helping.
the provari and nautilus combo on the other hand is working out splendidly.
got another hammond box for my PWM project. a 1590B this time so it'll hopefully be larger than the previous matchbox sized example.

If anyone wants a forever squonk (or general mod) I'd recommend mat at fyne mods.
Been mod making for years and has the most awesome follow up care. Just send your mod back periodically for the price of postage and get a full clean, wax and service.
Some lovely dual bottle squonkers in DNA or yihi but the 20700/21700 single cell squonkers are a welcome addition.

yes i think they would but i'm using 3 x 18650s. sleds are cheap so may get a dual 20700 version down the road...plan on using velcro to stick the sled to the mod so it'd be relatively easy to swap out.

Good morning shiners! Some stuff with tracking numbers for the end of the week. Also a surprise delivery sometime maybe today or tomorrow that was sent without tracking. It was the Z Biip from the giveaway and. @Opinionated got hers delivered on Saturday. Looking forward to it as I'm down to only one extra Plexus coil and I don't want to waste it in the Zenith. I'd rather have it or the Biip as backup until I get some more ordered. Besides my Zenith is acting weird. The central barrel, with the metal an glass is loose, but the top and bottom caps are fine and there's no leaking. Still it doesn't give me lots of confidence in its longevity.

I was in town yesterday, heck I was even in the grocery store filling prescriptions and I STILL forgot to grab some distilled water.. lol..

I'm going back to town today so I will TRY and remember to get some... then perhaps I can vape that..
