No, no, no....you're both missing the point here. I agree money makes the world go around but not for everything.

If the UK had a private healthcare system it still wouldn't refute scientific fact and misrepresent by lying something which would make peoples lives healthier. I live in France which has a basic healthcare topped up by insurance and they aren't trying to kill people either.

That's the point here...you are both suggesting that it's quite normal to kill your population because it makes you more money....no government would do that certainly not the UK and France. If The US is then you guys really have a big problem....
Not at all ignoring your point bud. It's a valid one.
Just saying there's a number of factors in play. Not withstanding the power tobacco and pharma wield still within the decisions made.
It's infuriating how as you say. Half of the machines that run a country have come down on the side of squeezing vaping at such a pivotal time.

Beware though. I've been approached pretty aggressively in the past with companies expecting positive results.
Don't just take the review as they've asked. Review honestly and more will approach you.
I've got some excellent relationships with manufacturers that are just as happy with the negative feedback as they just want to deliver a good product. Equally if a manufacturer withdraws after a bad review then it tells you something about them.
this!!! I've had a couple that emailed me after posting my review to ask me to change it to make the product look better, ok a few did correct me on something I said was wrong....but sorry, I'm not going to lie....if your product takes 30 seconds to ramp up before you can even get a subpar vape off of it, that's what I'm going to say, but I also said that everything else of the device was spot on (but that's kind of a big issue that it takes 30+ seconds for it to even give any vapor and at that it's just a wiff)
so yes be weary of those that only want good reives, kind of like when a vendor tells you to rate them 5 stars even if you weren't happy and they'll take care of your problems for you.... it's just bad business
I've been here 5 years and they never asked me to reviews anything, I think proper sentence structure , correct verb subject agrreements using commas every now and then, and tossing in a period. randomly helps. I am not sertain that speling is all that impotent though.
bwahahahaha if that were true, i'd be screwed....

I try to look for the positive because I can't expect everyone to like or enjoy the same thing..

My husband loves that Vaporesso Renova Zero, I mean loves it... its now his adv preferred over anything else I can stick in his hand (and we aren't exactly limited on what I own) but I wouldn't want to vape that..

There's a lot of stuff I wouldn't enjoy at all, but that doesnt mean lots of other people wouldn't like it so I think it's a matter of being open minded and giving to other vaping preferences and styles when saying something about a product.

There's a lot of reviews I'd be all, "man, I put that down never to pick it up again, and thank God for that!" hahahaha

lol do you know how many tobaccos, menthols, orange, peach, ect type vapes I vaped and I absolutely hate those flavors but i'll give an honest review of them if they are good but just not for me, that's different from being totally bad lol...so I try to be a bit more technical than personal on reviews, I mean not really technical but analytical is probably better, hows the throat hit, how's the plume, what's the mg and pg/vg ratio....does it taste like it should or is it not vapable, does it taste like for instance cough medicine lol....then I might give my own personal opinion
as for gear goes, i haven't done many reviews other than just unboxing and first impressions...i really do need to do some follow up reviews on stuff lol
but yes couldn't agree more, everyone has different tastes so you do need to keep your reviews a bit more open minded, give as much info as you can on how it works, how it wicks, how it vapes, how the plume is...then you can give your own personal thoughts of why it's not for you but why someone else might enjoy it....

I used to review headphones back in the day, became way too much work. Also the aggression level of the social media managers from some companies was a bit too much. These days I'm quite happy to moderate a half dozen headphone & vape Facebook groups.

I can't even imagine running a YouTube channel and your own group/forum etc @Shadav... Reviews are enough work on their own let alone anything else.

Too many people think that once you start reviewing it makes you a card carrying member of #TeamFreeSht, are they in for a rude awakening. ;)

i wish....unless there again, you have like a million followers na you don't get paid....but on occasion you do get sent free items to do a review of, but mostly it's all out of pocket or won from contests.

Haha.. technology came too late for me..

The iJoy C(r)apo... What an absolute PoS. :nah:
I mean it's nice for what it is...small and lightweight but other than that....na....i've lost that front door cover so many times because it's not designed well, thankfully i keep finding it again but meh....and it's like...I don't know....they tried to sort of overpower it to make it fire quickly but then it levels back out so that was pointless....so at my 20w that first hit I take every time i press the fire button is more like 40w and choking me

I thought reviewers got paid for them. How else does anyone have time to do all that, don't they have jobs unless reviewing etc is their job?
Some do get paid for reviews, and get paid to move products up in the queue. Most of the honest reviewers have Patreon accounts as a source of income.

Take the Vaping Bogan for instance, left his daytime job to do reviewing full time and has a Patreon support account. A lot of people don't like Sam because he's quite vulgar, but he is honest and will not take money from companies for reviews.

It's something that should have never been released to market, but iJoy is not the most honest of companies.

No. No money paid here and although I have no issue with those who keep the item in payment, I personally make sure mine go to giveaways, charity raffles or are handed on to new vapers or vapers in need. I was able to completely kit out a forum member who was burgled last year which was something.
I keep a log of where every item goes onto as well.
I like to keep the reviews "clean" as far as influence goes.
I find it impossible to trust the YouTube reviews when I know the review has been paid for between $200-$1000.
They're fine for checking specs but I feel integrity may be lost (I know it's not always the case, djlsb Daniel is very honest).
I also do try to find as many positives as I can. After all, it's better than smoking but sometimes you just get a bad un.
I'm reviewing the rincoe mechman currently and it has some nice elements but it's going to get a negative review overall due to the wattage (228w) being incredibly overrated. (My guess is it tops out at 180w) and the tc curve which can't be adjusted has a huge power pre hit which will destroy mtl coils.
Hopefully they will take it on the chin and update the firmware.

It's something that should have never been released to market, but iJoy is not the most honest of companies.
When it came out it, squonkers where thin on the ground and it wasn't a bad bit of kit. They should have just been honest about it being an adjustable mech style mod rather than "inferring" it was regulated.
