That had to be amazing! Those set lists were awesome!
Pink Floyd were great in concert. I had to take a moment to go look at my ticket stubs (saved from every concert - the things we save) and in '75 they were $6.50 and $8.50 in '77.

And my oh my how ticket prices have changed. Last concert we saw was Bruce Springsteen's Devils and Dust tour in 2005, where he played solo, and I could not believe the prices. Great concert though. Seen Bruce a lot over the years. But no more concerts with the prices of today!

I found it is quite liberating to lighten up the stuff I was keeping. At first it was hard "Oh I have been saving this collection of antique Zippo lighters forever how can I possibly part with them" But the bottom line for me was if I am not using it or displaying it then it is not doing any good in a box somewhere. Saving for what? My next of kin to come along and sell one day?

I’ve been “purging” myself of material goods as well for the last couple of years. Fortunately, believe it or not, I’m not big on “stuff” (excluding vape gear anyways :D ) so it hasn’t been too difficult but even so it’s a lot of work.

And every time the donation truck pulls away I feel a huge sense of lightness. If that makes sense.

I still have some more to do in the garage but I have to wait until I get some help.

Man, I am beat. My gardeners got here at 9 am and did my yard. Yesterday, my sis and I took Mom to the greenhouse to buy flowers, that was an all day thing. Today after my yard, the gardeners planted all that, weeded and what not.

Plus, my son, dil, and littlest granddaughter came for a visit to mom’s.

I just got home a few minutes ago, and I’m having Pringles and mini Butterfingers for supper. Don’t judge me.

Wow yeah they have gone up a bit. I saw the Grateful Dead here in 1993. I think it was $15 or so. I was looking to find set list or prices but found a video from that concert instead.

I get a square of black electrical tape and tape the (top round) end do it, it sticks to the tape and it's a heck of a lot easier to get it situated properly and then I also can do a turn or to with mah fingers.

Very easy for small screws.

Oh I am warming up to the jam mix. Still no leaking. LOL.

Anna

That’s a great idea. I could’ve used it yesterday attempt th put a new coil in the Hadaly. I accidentally unscrewed a grub screw  !!!!!!!!! Those things are TINY!!!

In my attempts to place the backup grub screw in it also went missing :w00t: !!

This happened TWO more Times grrrrrrr  !!! I found 3 but never found the 1st one. I hate that mod. The deck is so small and I especially hate those clamp style ones. :-x

OMR :w00t: !!! I totally need a caretaker.

I just ordered 16 batteries because I forgot I had already placed in the cart!! Obviously I don’t pay attention to what I’m doing!!!!!

Anybody need an 18350???????
Hmmm, this could make me crumble and buy that little silver mini. And Vaporrange has that cute Mini Minikin that I've held back from buying because of the battery . . .

Didn't you buy just the 1 ProVari Mini...that takes the button top 18350 battery? If yes...I'd call and cancel at least 1/2 of those 16 on your order. Just be honest and tell them you didn't notice the error until you'd placed the order.

Thanks for the video, very nice. That must have been a great show. I always loved Jerry's guitar playing. Not all that long ago (2016 or 17) I remember one of his guitars, Tiger or Wolf, sold at auction for some seriously crazy price...something north of $1.5 million.

While over here on the lower end of the $ scale I've been collecting some of the Dick's Picks + Dave's Picks. Archive stuff from the GD vault. Last one I bought was Dave's Picks Vol 8 Atlanta 1980.

Many of the Dave's Picks are of excellent quality. Some so-so YMMV. I have all the Dick's Picks and am slowly acquiring Dave's Picks via trades. Also many of the Road Trips and Download Series are awesome too.

Don't know if you collect any of the freely traded stuff but if you do check out the "Rockpalast Essen '81 LPCM PAL DVD" it's out there and great.

I had an old hippie uncle who was into everything Dead and it all kind of grew on me. He, his wife and their kids (my cousins) + friends would travel all over to see them, caravan style. I went to a few shows with them as a kid much to my moms displeasure but it was her brother and he always took good care of us.

Another winner. Better than the last one, I think.
