My shinyitis never really kicked in. (thank goodness! Whew!)

Found my nirvana and never looked for anything more. All the stuff that I have bought was only to possibly get me through vape apocalypse if it came down to that. So it was more of buying duplicates and triplicates of gear that had proven its longevity.

Good luck for all those that do have shinyitis! ;) I know it is a tough thing to deal with...

I just find shinyitis fun. Have finally reached the point where I know what I like and will use. Thankfully I don't like much of the newer gear. I have enough gear for week to week. Now I need backups for what I enjoy. My biggest problem is the mods I love aren't cheap. If I could I'd have 10 Therions in the closet.

I want a new toy.
No idea why. I bought $400 headphones ($65), drip tips, doors, game, new tie rod (yay...).

I'm wanting that dotMod but really wonder if it's any different than the Pulse. Wanted the Iconic RDA, but let's be honest, how different will it be from the Drop I use on both my mods.

I want a tank for my little Asmodus, but I'll never use it.

I wanna buy cause I need something shiny.

I'm pretty much in the same boat as Robin. I have all I need and just buy the occasional back up if I see it. Luckily my sweet spot is mechs and higher ohms so I have no need to chase the latest and greatest. I have one reg. mod I bought to try, didn't like and just use it for testing coils. All my stuff is either stainless steel or titanium so other than the one which, (according to the pundits) will one day blow up in my face and kill me, should outlast an actual nuclear apocalypse let alone the vape apocalypse.

As an added benefit, the black, grey, white and hawt pink Picos have nearly indestructible finishes. They're immune to keys, e-juice, cat claws, blaster shots and light sabers.

So when you get one, get one of those colors. Hawt pink is for girls, though.

Y'all! We were flooded with phone calls last night. The husband barely got any sleep, and asked me how I got to Chicago and back in a day.

I need to be very, very quiet this morning :lol:.

I kid and I also failed upon JUST awakening. That is like the worst time to fail.... Thank goodness he went back to bed.... :D

My day started with my wife complaining about how her narcissistic sister already knew our first grandchild was born last night, before showing me the first baby pics we had gotten. The coffee hadn't even finished brewing.

I responded as your husband would and it was not pretty.
