I’ve found the finish to be quite durable. I’m not hard on mods, but I am a tad clumsy . My first DB has a bit of road rash, but no peeling etc as an aftermath. I have (older) 2 black, 2 champagne, and (new) a blue DB3. I’m pretty sure it’s a baked on finish.

Thanks for letting me know. But I think it was really Mark Todd saying he got his e-liquid coated hands all over it and caused the lacquer to come off the mod which totally put me off. I have that problem too especially when a tank leaks on me. Couple of recent reviews on FT also said the mod peeled after a couple of weeks. It looks good but I'm not chancing it on something which would have been an impulse buy really. Still thinking about the JAC Series B DNA 75 as well.

Toying with the idea of getting a Squid Industries Double Barrel V3 from Fasttech. I'm just wondering guys, how well does the paint job hold up on it? I can't stand paint peeling or chipping on mods.

I just got mine on Tuesday and I love it (Roadside Vapes $65). Eventually I will get another. There is a thread full of Squid owners who could answer you one how well it holds up and I'm thinking of @Katdarling + @DPLongo22 specifically.

I can tell you the battery indicator on mine has not moved since I started using it (although MTL).

In an epic time of "Anna rewards herself for the week she just had plus well, whatever..." I spent quite a bit of time perusing the sales items. At Vape Happy they have the squid for like 79 bucks but then I found a code for it that got it to 64 dollars, so it wound up the same, exactly. I definitely did purchase it, I checked my inbox. LOL. I also got Chrome Minikin 2 because a) I wanted it and b) I was proud of me for all my saving, which I just ruined.

I also seemed to keep coming across the Dotmod MTL atty, and I have wanted Dotmod things forever. So I got that plus a 75 watt TC dotbox and well, I have hear horror stories and whatnot but mostly about the squonks.

But, since I have wanted one for ages, Element Vape seemed to be the cheapest place. I went for gaudy gold for both, and like I am glad I did. It's a dotmod. It should be lovely. Had the tiffany blue not been sold out I would have had a tough decision to make, but well, gold it is. I don't have a single gold thing.

SO, HOPEFULLY I am done now. I mean, a part of me wants to buy two ego mega tanks for like 8 bucks each, but I know that way lies madness. Probably. I got time to decide.

That was kind of stressful actually all that comparison shopping and whatnot but I think it's fair to say it was A steal. for me. I think the chrome minikin was the most, well not the box was but it was not a TON of money.

Glad that's done and I cannot wait to get my sticky little hands on well, all of it.

Nope... it says it's on sale but when I clicked on it, it's listed as the full 59.99 instead of the sale price of 19.99 on the initial page..

I added it to cart figuring perhaps that is where the sale price would show but it's still showing as 59.99 even on the cart..

Take a screenshot. If I remember my Business Law, they have to sell it to you for 19.99, or it would be false advertisement.

I think you'll find that it was only the Gold colorway (Sold Out) that was $19.99. The ad states "From $19.99" so they don't have to sell the others at that price.

Yeah I should have been buying clogs, darn it.

I have tried to buy dansco clogs on SO MANY occasions, but I get paralyzed by the OPTIONS. I mean, I definitely need brown ones and they should probably be PLAIN but then I want some grey.white.black patterned ones and OMG IT's IMPOSSILBE to decide.

I could do it if the husband would HELP. Not to mention like, I need to find them IN the right size.

Perhaps I should CHECK but OMG not right now. I would seriously pay someone to just do it FOR me at this point. It's absolute HELL.

I did get vape mail!!!

My neighbor came over this morning with a box for me that the mailman accidentally delivered to their house the other day. 3 Pico 75w 18650 mods from FT. I've got a bunch (stash). BTW they are nice out and about mods. Bought one when they came out and it has been dropped indoors and out, the dog + cats have knocked it over plenty and it just keeps on working. It looks like hell but I don't care cause it works and that's all that matters.

If mod makers wanted to do REAL life testing they'd send them here so my animals could put them through the ringer!

Sucks when you can’t just buy any old shoe. I had to get rid of all my heels because of the neck surgery I can’t wear shoes with a heel. That was a sad night when all my beautiful heels went to the Goodwill. Now I can’t wear a shoe less than $60 usually way more
