RL has been kicking my back side.

Example:
Today was a day off from work

Changed brake pads and rotors on wife's car
trimmed branches that the rain and wind from past month's worth of storms have been beating the house with
hauled branches and other yard waste to the dump
Mowed the yard before it rains again tomorrow
installed toolbox in bed of my pickup
repaired outside electrical box

but that SHOULD now be the last of the back logged projects

OH I forgot to mention that winds from one of the storms folded my antenna mast in two. Playing radio is hard to do with out antenna in the air.

Welcome back. I tried to hold the fort for a time with the morning coffee pics, but got busy as well. Glad to see you back.

At 1am I had 40 of last years lambs (including Pup ;)) running around and around outside my lil house - I eventually went outside and by then they were all on my sister's lawn, eating her garden  - I gave them 15 minutes to finish mowing and fertilising her lawn (she had left the gate open after all ) and put them back in the paddock ;)

Pup says hi @NolaMel & @Letitia BTW

A couple of clearance 26650 mechs to experiment with some lifepo4 26650 3.2v nominal batteries --- 10 bucks for the both of them. Sadly, the actual batteries and charger won't be here till next week ... once again, postal services stand in the way of exploration.

Interesting, using a mech with a lifepo4 could be awesome depending on the cell.

A 42120 has 13000 mAh, its a big battery but that would last for weeks on a single charge.

42120 is definitely on the larger size (and weight: 400 grams). I'm getting a couple of these batteries:

    Vapcell IFR26650 2600mAh 55A/75A (red, LiFePO4) reviewed

I'm a low-ish watt vaper (generally ≤ 20 watts), so I'm just trying this out for the long flat discharge curve of these batteries (rather than the high CDR). I'm thinking I may get more useable vape time per charge (and a more consistent vape) from these 2600mah cells than I do from a 3000mah 30Q or VTC6. If it works out, I may have to build a 26650 squonker (since there doesn't seem to be much out there in that size).

@TheProphet so sorry about your pup, but you made the tough decision and saved her a great deal of pain.

So the Drag Nano arrived. Cute little thing. And I do mean little. It's like taking a Drag and using the shrinking thingy from "Honey I Shrunk the Kids". It's very slick looking, and definitely fits Voopoo's design philosophy. It's draw activated so about as simple as it gets. For the tiny size it does have a 750 mAh battery, which with a constant 3.5V output to a 1.8 ohm coil should last a long time. It's clearly made for high nic salt use and only holds 1 ml in a pod. It is a pretty smooth vape with a 45 mg nic salt with decent flavor from a commercial blackberry juice. I usually can't tolerate high nic juice, salt or otherwise anymore, but with the real mtl type draw it seems fine for me. But definitely not something to chain vape with. I'll be playing with it for a few days then posting a full review, but so far I like it.
Another candidate for the polishing treatment :)

I did mine but be careful of the chrome around the panel as it seems to be a chrome plated copper alloy of some kind underneath....
