Yeah, I've seen some nice hydro-dip gunstock camo vids, and it's certainly an option. I'm thinking the acrylics may give more depth and is cheap to play around with ... not sure how durable it'll be overall for something that gets handled a lot, but that's what experiments are for. :)

Well, if anyone decided to check out a thread or two (or more depending on the kind of day you're having) just remember, it's probably in your browser's internet cache. So if your PC is one that could potentially be seen by others, remember to clean up after yourself. Er, I mean your internet cache.

It's funny about how what you post online stays with you forever. My daughter, who's degrees are in architecture and art, is being headhunted by two very large tech companies (go figure those degrees are good for tech but if they'll pay her why not?). Since she was young I explained to her about digital privacy and the internet persistence of your footprint. And that was before Facebook even existed, because the problem was easy to spot after you realized how easy it would be to retrieve everything you've ever done, posted, and even looked at.

She is now incredibly grateful that she has no concern about anyone exploring her social media or any other internet activity as that's the first place they start to vet you. I'm happy for her, but deeply troubled how a silly teenage decision can stick with them as adults and affect things as important as finding a job. I strongly believe in the right to be forgotten. Not every off the cuff comment should stalk you for the remainder of your life. The EU is making a serious push for it. I wish it was the same in the US.

I will say those threads don't quite meet the criteria of off the cuff. But maybe he has job and relationship security. But no idea for how long.

Make sure to post pics, this sounds like an interesting project. :thumb:

I have a unrelated to vaping question for you all. I witnessed someone lose their sh.ite in another thread. There is a side of me that enjoys seeing stuff like that... Am I morally corrupt?

I think I might be weird.

Then I’m weird too but Ive always known that. Plus curious minds would like to know :pop: !!!

I miss everything :sneaky: !!

Nvm.

Guessing there will be someone "moved on" soon. That phrase tickles me for some reason.

Curious if he posts similar “things” on the other forum where he’s a member and would he be “moved on” ?

I avoid the other forum even if similar things are not posted there. There's enough vape related aggravation there to deal with.

With way too much gear on hand around that is not being used at all anymore, and way more than enough that is working very well for me there is not much 'Shinytis' in the mail anymore. But early this AM a stop at my mail place did net another Wotofo Profile Unity Mesh RDA (Gold), and the complete set of Season 1-8 of Game of Thrones on DVD.

(I'm not a gamer, but back when it was on HBO I was watching it until I lost my PLEX hookup in season 4 or 5, and never bothered with PLEX again. After so long I'll start from the beginning again, but at something over 70 hours it's going to take some doing to weed thru the 8 seasons.)

Happy noontime, Shinies! My nic from The Broke Vaper arrived ahead of schedule on Wednesday, all packed up in the centre of a surrounding ring of soft plastic bottles and yorkie tops, which I'd forgotten I ordered but am glad I did, I like the wide mouth of chubby gorillas but that is ALL I like about them, everything else -- the unsqueezable plastic, the crap fit of the nozzles, the Peri-proof caps -- means they will be binned.

So about this nic: it is nearly colourless, and I had to put my nose right on the top, once I unsealed it, it had a seal! to detect any odour. So I had hope. But also things to do, so I tucked it away till this morning, when I mixed up a simple INW Pear, 8%, at 9mg/ml, 70/30 vg/pg, and I am vaping it now and am not detecting any taste other than pear (with a hint of chocolate, dunno what that is about).

I'll still check out the other source as was recommended, but I am feeling quite positive about continuing to use this nic and restarting my mixing trials.

here is my favorite road, that should be #1 on the list.

OMG, I remember that one! It was an epic trip, I rode out to meet up with some friends who lived nearby, purely to do the Dragon. Man, the cars, though. I was coming round one corner, all in my own lane and heeled over as far as I could get, and found I was looking at the front end of a Miata that had wandered well out of its lane. Lucky it moved over; I had nowhere to go and nothing to do it with. I had a triumph thunderbird back then. I miss it, did some great trips on that bike.

Perhaps not for your sister so much, but that had to be an incredible sight.

I was awestruck and laughing my head off at the same time ;)

    Good morning Shiny's
Feeding the cats this morning was a treat. Have to admit I miss the kids a bit though.

    :wub::wub::wub:

So, my question of the day is - how do you vape with the flu? ;)
and how on earth did I ever smoke with the flu?!?!

I'm doing mouth to a tiny bit of lung and vaping a mint mix

Somehow I managed when I smoked. Haven't been super sick since vaping but the few times I was laid up since vaping I just plain skipped it and guess I felt too sick to worry about it. Way better than when I was smoking.
