The San Francisco vaping ban came up on the BBC world news earlier and they had a health expert from the UK on saying how she failed to see how they were coming up with the conclusions that it was bad for you and thought the whole thing was nonsensical. Good to hear that common sense prevails over here and not corrupt or ''I don't know what'' politicians....

She also thought that the central government should step in with some direction before you get any other cities/regions following suit....

Just thought i'd share that before hitting the hay.....still 28 degrees here so a wee bit warm for the night :)
San Fran is becoming such a s..hole the last thing they should be worried about is vaping. How about cleaning up the streets of homeless people and feces. Just had a friend, born and raised in SF, flee to New York country side because it is getting so gross there

Unfortunately in the US states rights can outweigh federal law on things like this. That which shall be unnamed on this forum is still illegal under federal law but now being legalized more and more under state laws. Also, states and cities are quite comfy taxing anything they want independent of federal taxes. Makes for quite a mess around here. But there's a deep dislike for federal meddling, so we get it on the local and state level instead. The argument is that local politicians are more sensitive to the local citizens concerns and influence, but in practice it's not as great as it sounds.
As I interpret this ordinance, it is worded to allow sale of FDA approved devices... So it is actually a poke in the eye of the FED, in order to get them to intrude more

Creekers, what do you think of tootlepuffing with it? From what I've seen/read, it's quite airy even at its tightest. Do you agree?
The person who introduced the Creek to me vapes super super tight mtl. She LOVES it. I’m more airy mtl, rdl, and I can set it up to suit me. With the optional mtl kit, you should be able to get it where you like it. Without the mtl kit, I don’t find it airier than say the zenith wide open

I'm so glad Nola answered this first since I just had to research what on earth tootlepuffing is and even then it wasn't totally clear to me. But then I stumbled on this "low wattage tight draw tootle puffers". So I'm guessing that's it. :D

The majority of RTA's I vape are MTL's and I'm happy with the airflow on the Creek as it came. I got the reducer because it really does boost the flavour and at least the other pin in the MTL kit will let me get an even more restrictive draw if I want it. I'm only vaping mine at 10 watts with a 28 gauge 1.0ohm coil and I can't leave it alone. Must have done 20ml in it today.

Creek comes setup with the MTL positive pole installed. The air hole has a cross section of 2mm. That is on the airy side of MTL dialed down tight for me.

With the MTL kit installed and using the 1.2mm or 1.5mm insert you can get a much tighter draw. Yes into tootie land. Currently I have the 1.5mm insert installed and it is on the tighter side. I'm using a 0.7Ω coil running at 22w.

I plan on switching that over to the 1.2mm insert next wicking to see how that fares. I am certain you could pop in an higher Ω coil with either MTL insert and get what you are after.

I love that the actor Walter White also played that dad in "Malcom in the Middle." Talk about RANGE. I wonder which show he enjoyed more?

I don't like staches or beards, but a well cared for goatee, I can get behind.

OH THANK GOD. I had my meeting today and like, sanity prevailed. It was just me and Head Doctor, who turned out so much less (censored)ish, it make me wonder how he poops now. He seriously was super nice. We were sitting there like chatting about "whatever" when I was like, "Man, I really wish I had a do over button, like starting over would be so nice, everything has gotten crazy complicated."

Anyway, that was his deal. Maybe he had been beaming stuff into my brain to say that because that was his whole deal "Either we start over or I have to move you separate places." Anyway, he went on at length about how evil dude was annoying definitely in the wrong "but not scary." He also said (I guess he talked to evil doc first) that him coming into my office without permission ALL AGOG with his solution without reading my email was like "not okay" and how he told evil dude that. He was like, "I don't think she was ready for you to do that." Etc. He also went on extensively at length how I hadn't done anything wrong and all he heard was good feeback." He was like also, "Everyone is sick of hearing about you too." I was like, "Good because *I* am sick of hearing about us too and I think my husband is near death."

He said Dr. Evil was "going through some stuff, (I think he means the whole separation thing) but he's known him five years and he doesn't have the forethought to try and frame people and hasn't before. He said Dr. Evil Admitted fault to yelling at me and that wouod be in the contract too, a contract we both get to review, amend, sign whatever." I do kinda think my email might have hastened things along. He also said evil doc does have a crazy caseload and maybe sometime would need me to see kids elsewhere. I kind of laughed and told head doc that I was the ONE person in that facility who could literally care less and would see families in trees as far as I was concerned.

So like, we assented to try a contract I guess we will see. I'm not breaking it first that is for sure.

He was kind of actually nice and kind of funny. I told him that like actually one of the NICE things about this was like, I was no longer horrifically intimidated by him (he comes off like the heathcare version of PC principal I swear. You are like. "oh man, that is a TOOL but also kind of terrifying." I did not tell him that part/

I am NOW fried and exhausted but also relieved. I have also not pooped since my very first clonidine. GREAT. I got some laxatives in the car, I am PREPARED to go take some.

Clonodine sucks in that respect. Well, not when you are like, detoxing off opiates. That is a different story entirely.

But a bathroom visit for sure would be a crowning achievement on my day. LOL.
Sorry. TMI. But, BRB also.

Vape Mail. A mod I’ve wanted for over a year or whenever it was released. I’ve been drooling over this Yihi mod for a long time and I can’t believe I own one now!!!

Yihi SX Mini G Class Special Black Edition.

Anna I’m so relieved that things at work appear to be coming around for you. It’s been crazy stressful and I know I could never would’ve been able to work through it like you have.

There’s not much worse for the plumbing than opioids. Trust me lol! M sure you already know that though!!

Back to shiny mode I’m going to have to come down from my new Shiny Item every day mania. I look like I run a “high end” vape store with all the Stabwood and all the other gear. Glad I wasn’t counting on saving money from not smoking lol!!

Good luck going forward with your work situation.

Thanks @NolaMel and @Fidola13 for the nice wishes. I think I can be okay from here. I am actually a big fan of very nice neat things (including contracts) that govern behaviors. You wouldn't think so really but I am. With some people you just need things nice and neat.

@Fidola13 that is the first Mini X class I have ever seen that I was like OH WOW.

I don't even want to know.

If you are down to beans and rice money though, just remember beans and rice do suck but dumpster diving is so much worse.

Here, with like the "free extra food" they give you, there are LIMA BEANS in EVERY bag, EVERY week. I consider it to be a deterrent personally. I took the kid food pantry shopping. I'm not so much sure how much of it he ate, but probably not the lima beans.

Isn't that like a southern "food" along with "scrapple" and whatnot?

Yeah I’m pretty stoked about the G Class. I think it might’ve been priced incorrectly because as I said I’ve been drooling over this particular mod and edition for awhile now and it’s always been close to or over $400. Yet this was advertised at almost half that amount. And no it’s not a counterfeit. First thing I did was check it’s authenticity and it passed muster.

At this point I’m out of mods to lust after. Well, almost out of. There’s the VA Knight but that’s not joining the fleet anytime soon unless someone misprices this one too.

So many mods and so many RBAs and so many DIY juice but so little time to use them all!! What’s a girl to do :w00t: !!

IT happened. So, I should be getting hungry soon I fervently hope. I am thinking of perhaps the full size dani Instead....

Also, some sort of frozen food. LOL. The husband comes up here and freaks out about my food choices (I do eat veg and fruits). I keep telling him I cooked a dinner meal EVERY night for my kiddo and regardless of any family you are in, that is the 1) way for like good things to happen. So, I'm spent.

I mean, still @Fidola do tell me unless your secret is Safe or whatever. it is rather stunning.

And I so absolutely do NEED another 2 battery mod. I mean, right. Right?

Good day. I found the Aegis Solo I lost last week. It was out on the lawn. Mowed right over it and there it was. I have a lot of grass and the ground is pretty uneven so I keep the blade high and completely missed it. Got lucky there. Apart from the tank being a bit flooded it fired right up. Survived 3 days of major rainstorms and several days of temps in the high 80's.

And the other two Solos I ordered to replace the lost one arrived today.

Here's a pic of the 3 Solos, with a Mini and a Colossal. Now I can retire my last 2 Picos to the backup box.
