Morning all!

@Tralfaz I ordered the black, but got the... is it gunmetal or silver? It looks halfway between the two. Whatever. The black looks in person as it does online, but that silver doesn’t really, and neither do the other ones I’ve seen pictures of. They all seem to look better.

Nice mod though. Big and weird, but a good vape. Do check the screws on the battery door and tighten if needed. A few people have had an issue with them being loose/falling out.

Only one of mine needed to be tightened and I’ve not had it come loose again, but if it did I’d dab a little nail polish on it.

Good morning shiners! Have that Mass Mods squonk and some other stuff inbound today. Yesterday was just odds and ends of coils and pods. A FT package that's label created, but that's it so far. I'm hoping it doesn't get caught up in that "security" sweep in China that keeps bouncing back some vape mail of late.

Watched the first three episodes of Stranger Things last night. I could have run through it, but decided I'd really like to spread to it out over at least 2 days, but these binges are hard to resist. It's almost like ordering vape gear.

If anyone is interested, there's a French series with 2 seasons on Netflix called Black Spot (no idea on how Netflix chose that title as the original French one is Pointe Blanche). It's a mashup of Twin Peaks and the X-Files with a French twist. I'm hoping on a Season 3.

Here's a map of all the 2.5 or greater in the last 24 hours. They are predicting more.

We've had a few earthquakes around here, but nothing terribly large. One time a glass of water fell off a table and i assumed it was the cat.

Typically between traffic and the subway, it would have to be pretty significant to even notice until there's a news report about it. But we don't get the larger stuff, which is why I like living here instead of there.

I cannot catch up, nor do I want to because I replaced my flagship HP Pavilion that was 19 inches but the screen has been dead for some time and I have been using like, an external monitor. After I broke connection cord number 2 (trod on it hard enough to bend it) I began researching budget laptops. I was like just getting that eerie feeling you get sometimes too where you (or I ,at least) am like "This laptop is going to die, I can't let that happen before the husband removes all my word files." (backup? you say? Backup? Well, I guess I could have shoved it all on a USB and called it good but I had no cord or screen.

Walmart did not have the right cord so I got this acer thing. It was like 300 bucks. It has no memory, so little if you ask it something it will go "Huh" and tons of bloatware.

I am tolerant of these things because I didn't want to buy another supercomputer. Although OH how I loved my first Windows 10 computer (W10 was really new, everyone was having fits at me and I was like, well, you KNOW it's not going AWAY I might as well be an early adopter. I mean was I going to put Ubuntu on my computer and all these weird apps.... No. I was not.

So it's fine except for the keyboard which is supposed to be full size only I'm not sure it IS, or if it IS then well it is on the very EDGE of full size which is Just Not Cool. I don't ask for a lot other than a full size keyboard and a display I can see. Only other typers GET this I MEAN you should SEE the number of computer reviews out there where the keyboard size is not even mentioned. Its disgraceful is what it is. I could see me taking it back tomorrow because husband leaves and has a computer etc, I need to have some information for my doc on Tuesday that includes: "How bet to taper of valium without killing your psychiatrist" (I am just gonna do a straight valium taper this multi benzo option is NOT working and frankly it blows) and "How to get a second authorization for klonopin which your patient LEGITIMATELY takes, but has now been talking in an illegitimate fashion" without looking like a DOUCHE who took off to Italy,

He will be hearing from me there will be graphs, numbers, the occasional F bomb. Coupled with, "Did you have a nice 2 week trip? Because I sure didn't come on Dr. Doc, all you have to do is LOOK at me to see that I would have been THAT 50s housewife The slovenly one who didn't clean and was always sending her kids with other moms to the pool because they were "sick."

So I don't need to see the shiny but I hope you ALL Had Great and Awesome sales.

So the Augvape Mass Mods S2 landed today. A very nice looking and solid feel for a single 18650 unregulated squonk. There were no instructions or anything included in the simple box outside of a warranty card (6 months, not too bad). On the Mass Mods site they say it's a stripped down CS1 but I dint know if that means the same mosfet or not and there is no master on off switch like on that model. I sent off an email to see if I could find out more about the functionality on it, but even if it's just basic protection I'm good with utv

The button is nice and clicky, but not sure how or if you can lock it to avoid accidental firing like in a pocket. Maybe it has that same capacitive feature as the CS1 where only a sensed finger will make it fire but no idea until I use it. I have the squonk bottle soaking so it's not in use yet but here's a basic pic of it. I took a inch more for a review after I use it a while. There's really little to no information out there so I think a review would he a good idea.

Anyway here's my new shiny for today

The opposite side has a nice mass mods engraving

You can always throw any RDA/RTA/atty on it just to test for such operational features (if your curiosity trumps your patience).

Looks nice, by the way.

Yeah, but the bottle is drying and I already got the rda ready so I'll exercise a touch of restraint, not much, just a touch. It is a pretty looking box.
