Yep. Into something like, IDK that creature from Aliens. Only prettier, probably better smelling, and less goo.

I'm not going to say harder to kill. Because I am ashamed to say I have killed some mods in my time. LOL.

Anna

The THEAD is probably harder to kill. LOL. I'm going to demand to write the intro post on part 2 and like... It will be far more realistic. Like: "Abandon all hope all ye who enter here... Debtor's prison awaits."
I certainly hope it's you who writes the part 2 intro. :thumb: But it can't be THAT short.
Count this as my vote please and thank you.

I’m sure I’ve said this a thousand times, but that’s one of the reasons I started with Lunas. They’re protected, so it’s sort of like learning how to use a mech with training wheels. I’m easing in slowly, not because I want to give up regulated mods, but because if the time comes when I can’t get regulated, and all of mine eventually fail, I’ll know how to use a mech. And I believe there will always be somebody out there making them, unless a better idea comes along.
I just think, like building and DIY, it’s a good life skill.
And specifically with the Luna's... there is a way to turn it into a real mech. I've been researching that. I took one of mine apart to have a look/see and there is nothing too difficult inside. Swapping the MOSFET chip would not be difficult. The Luna uses the UL-80-JX chipset. Swapping to another MOSFET altogether is an option as well. Being easy to work on is one reason I've been scooping them up.

Wow! I can do that, need cases for batteries tho.
Battery cases are a must and you can get them for very cheap. I have a couple internal battery mods. I shut them off when I am not using them. Take the atty off if you want to be even safer.
I am very happy with the Rosefinch. It is simple, well made and has a 510 pin so it should be good to learn on. My copper one has become my workhorse mod lately. Know your batteries amp rating.and make sure they are in good condition before using. Check resistance on a regulated and visually inspect before firing on your mechanical.
Don't know if you know about the ohms law calculators already but here's a link.

First try is:
8% Cap Boston Cream v2
2% Signature French vanilla cream
1% TFA. Double chocolate clear
1% Cap super sweet.

These are all going to need a couple weeks to get where they’re going. I think I’m going to try adding just a bit of Bavarian cream and some vanilla bean ice cream.
i like just a mix of 10% cap BCP.i have simple taste since i think Little Caesars pepperoni pizza is good too.

If you could do a YouTube video, I could maybe do it. I really kind of hate fixing stuff and that’s outside my wheelhouse, but it’s amazing what one can do when one must.

The Luna has a metal tube for the battery. I would personally just buy a mechanical squonker with doors instead. You could bypass the chip, and it would probably be fine, if it ever failed it would fail like a tube mod not a squnk box. These are well made and at a decent price, should last for a very long time.

I would love that place HTR. My favorite local shop doesn't have beer taps, but there is a very popular local brewery in the next shop to the left, and a very popular eatery in the next shop to the right. They have made this vape shop a community hangout, and it's a great place to meet other vapers. They have a bar with stools at the front counter where people eat, drink beer, and socialize. There's also a nice big comfy couch and a huge selection of board games for people to play(some of which I have donated). They also have a nice builders station for people to work on their mods and tanks. There is also a nice hot/cold spring water dispenser supplied with cups. I have made a ton of friends there, and a bunch of clients for my Real Estate business. They have the best selection of juice in town, and their prices are the lowest I have found locally. The people that work there are very knowledgeable vapers, and the manager will special order anything I need if they don't happen to have it. If the vaping industry/community still exists and is healthy in a year, I am going to buy into the franchise and open one in the Apex, NC area. I really like this place. I hang out there entirely too much.:2cool:

Just opened, so it's empty. I'll take a shot at lunchtime when it's busy and post it later.
