I can see both sides of this and both @DeloresRose and @Letitia have very valid points. I think though that this is easily sorted by saying that any dog sanctity or other service simply has a strict duty of care to their charges and a dog should never be rehomed to a person who can't pay the fees. The rules are there for a reason and haggling is simply not to be accepted.

Remember virtually every dog that is there came from an original home where they couldn't look after it properly sometimes because of money issues but often much more serious ones underlying.

Yet they put down dogs who don't get adopted..

I'd rather see an animal go to a low income home with a special needs child - good for both the child and the dog - then to see the dog killed for lack of a "proper" home..

Morning all. A brisk 40 degrees, it was chilly when I took Rudy out. Georgia is waiting until either it warms up, or I make her a sweater.

She had a really nice one last year but lost it in the yard. I just found it last week, in the arborvitae.

Blech. My charger just gave up the ghost. I guess after almost 4 years I shouldn't complain, but it's inconvenient and now I need to find a new one I can get pretty fast. Probably have to use Amazon for the 2 day shipping. Off to read up Mooch's reviews on newer chargers. I may just get another Nictcore D4, it certainly worked well enough, but I should do my due diligence before just ordering it up.

For membership prices you have to become an eightvape member, there is a monthly fee for that so unless you do a lot of shopping there its likely not worth it..
