goodbye
Thanks everyone that makes me happy to hear. My mother always tells me I’m a good person and will be a good family man one day but I say you’re my mother you’re supposed to say that

I look at it this way Ricky. We are good people, who sometimes do bad things. If we can use our past experiences to avoid making the same mistakes over and over, we are on our way to a better life. Not only for us, but for those in our lives. ;)

@Ricky Vapes I, like all the rest here are very glad that you joined the community. It's people like you that make me feel good about being here. I have learned from and enjoy greatly reading the things that you relate to us. I am a recovering alcoholic (almost 23 years since last drink) and also have a past that would be hard for some to hear. After 42 years of smoking, I am still very excited about vaping, and will be for a long time to come. I guess, I would call this my support group, along with many friends I have made locally in the vaping community. Finding this forum and the wonderful people here has been an integral part of the life saving experience that vaping has given me. As in all life, enjoy the good here, and ignore(button) the rest. Looking forward to your next post, and more pics of the bunnies.:)
thanks for sharing Rob ;)

goodbye
Morning shinies ;)

It's my support group too & not just for shinies ;) - Jay aka @jfcooley actually gave this thread and group of ppl the correct name

I don't know as I would call this a support group for Shiny's. Maybe more an enabler group. It certainly is a support group for me to be able to come here and be able to share your lives and past experiences with you. It is certainly a part of my daily life that I very much look forward to every day. I have not met any one of you outside this forum, but I feel a close relationship with many of you here. You are special to me, and you all have added immensely to my own personal experience, and for that I love you all. Now, I better stop before I start

well the temp in Georgia went from 55 to 32 in about 24 hours. Last night was wickedly cold. I shut down the lights and pulled in the candy at about 7 because the goblins were not out and about much. It could be worse, most of my California friends are either too close to a fire or without power.
My current situation is that I am in the new house without TV or Internet. Shocking that it has been two weeks now and the same story. The builder made a deal with AT&T that they would not let any others lay cables so AT&T has a monopoly. They wanted me to pay $210 a month for a mid package of TV and the medium speed of cable. Say what?? This is because I would not do a contract (I despise AT&T) so I backed out of all of that and just got an Internet-only plan. I have Hulu and Netflix and that is enough. 3 days later they come out to hook up and decide that something is broken in the cables and therefore they cannot run anything to my house until a special crew comes out. That was 9-10 days ago. No crew has came out. I called again today and the message is "Something is broken, we will fix it but we do not know when. We will call you (someday)
I am using my phone for a mobile hot spot and using an iPad for Internet and watching Andy Griffith reruns on Hulu. I tried Hulu live (need news) and it will not work if you are using a mobile hot spot.. I leave the house at night and sleep at my daughters. I guess this is my new normal.

Ok, it's a squonk shiny past two days for me. Yesterdays vape mail was a blue Luna squonker, and five athena bottles (not pictured).

Todays vape mail, Fasttech 22mm squonk atties. From left to right: Airlab styled, ST wasp nano style, YTFK Pocket styled, Krma styled, and Hussar V1 styled RDA's.

Not a bad haul, I'm happy. My two favorites so far are the Luna and the KRMA. Still have to build and test everything to see how the RDA's perform though.

That's a horrible situation. I don't know what it is but there has to be a way around it. Can you get satellite tv like direct TV or dish network? Satellite internet is horrible and there are some very shady companies out there. I have Tmobile and I have unlimited 4GLTE hotspot on my tablet. It works great for what I use the internet for. Maybe something like that could be an option? Good luck either way.

Call dish and ask if they can put a satellite up.

Very nice haul!!! :D Your Luna is awesome. I have 3 of those RDA's ... the Pocket (2), KRMA and Hussar v1 (3). The Pocket is a fine RDA, I have one setup for dripping and the other for squonking. :thumb:

Thanks, I have a second Hussar, KRMA, and one Artoo R2 in the mail from FT. That will probably be my last order (am I kidding myself?) on hardware. If time and money permit, mybe I'll get some other RDA's, or another Luna in red.

It's a winner. I was worried how it was going to look unnecessarily. Looks pretty simple to build, I think that when my last fasttech order comes in with my bf 510's I'm going to try and build a mosfet 21700 squonker like it. I'll use pine for the first one for proof of concept before I consider more expensive hardwoods like Maple burl, etc.

The storm is dying down now. All check-ins are here, safe and sound. Chrissy is still out dealing with downed trees and lines. May not see her tonight. We're still without power, phone or internet. Hotspot saves the day! Hoping the generator outlives this power outage because the fuel company says they can't deliver more fuel until next week

Off to feed Atty his dinner and try to unwind. I hope everyone is safe out there. Winter's off to a wild start in the Adirondacks :w00t:
