I find the Intake has more air. But truth is that my lungs are getting better. Soon I'll be favoring dual coils :)

I have a couple dual tanks, but I prefer dual drippers. The only issue I’m having is pairing them with a mod that’s powerful enough. Most of my squonkers are single coil. I have a Topside dual and a drone, and the Topside singles take a 21700, so that works.

And I like my SS Claptons so that’s another thing I need to address... a holdover from when all I wanted to do was TC.

The Zeus dual was a fave when I was always using the Paranormal and minikin v2.

I need a better method to keep all these atties straight - which have squonk pins, which don’t, what type of coil is in them. I need separate atty stands for all the variables.

I really like the Ephro CS 100 as well. If I can find it on sale again I wouldn’t mind adding another to the “stash”.

Actually I need another term for “stash” because my stash was completed possibly a year ago :thumb: !!

Sourcemore has them for $29.89 but with a 30% discount price drops to $21.73. Code for the 30% off is XMAS30.

    Morning all!

Seems Canada Post has shut down for the holidays. Have 2 packages stuck in postal purgatory whose tracking has not updated at all this week. And these are local shipments and not from afar. I was surprised by a Sunday delivery last week so perhaps my overly friendly postman will pay me a visit today.

Oh I should just give up and buy the Asmodus thing shouldn't I.

My new ADHD med takes an obnoxiously long time to wake me up, man. Yet another point in its disfavor. LOL. Oh well, lots of coffee to go.

Good morning everyone! (are we allowed to say good morning here? If no, at least I'm not the only one in trouble!)

I’m getting frustrated  I was perusing vape sites a couple of months ago and saw a variable voltage mod that I kind of thought was interesting.

I had my unfortune “event” that had me a bit under weather and now I can’t find it again.

I think it was made by ijoy because it looks very similar to the IJOY Zenith 3 vv except that the dial was smaller and simpler.

Anyhow I can’t find it. As a matter of fact there doesn’t seem to be an over abundance (like almost none) of vv mods available.

I thought it would be a great addition to the Vape Stash because it looks like there are less things to breakdown on it.

so..... if anyone knows of any VV mods being sold currently or the one that sounds like the one I saw :Dpreviously then I’d love to hear about them or it.

    Thanks Shinys!! :thumb:

The Bellus is supposed to be another pretty good tank as well from UD. I've still got two sitting here that I haven't had a chance to build yet.
Don't forget the feedback on that one, I'm very interested:D
So I went ahead and did the bellus this morning. It's a nice vape! It's a little hard to really dial in on how you should wick it and I'm not sure that I did the best job like while I was doing it I was like I'm pretty sure that this is going to be a dry hitting monster but that hasn't happened. I really like the way the deck goes back into the RTA it's almost like a plug rather than something you screw in which to me makes the wicking less fiddly because you don't have to worry about catching it in the threads.

I made my own coils just basic round wire 26 gauge stainless steel but even with that the flavor is good. I think if I were to use a different coil it would be even better but I'm satisfied with what I'm getting especially since I'm using sort of a mild realistic sort of juice rather than a super sweet or Tangy juice.

I feel like it's a really good quality well-made RTA the threading is really smooth on mine and the machining is good. I'm usually somewhere between mouth to lung to restricted lung in the air flow isn't what I would typically go for it is pretty darn Airy however it doesn't seem to diminish the flavor.

It was pretty easy to put a coil in it even though you have to share a hole if you're building it dual coil which I did even though I usually am a single coil person and what's nice about this is it does come with a really good air block so you can use it as a legitimate single coil.

The wicking was weird but not hard I thought that I had screwed up but apparently not because I'm chain vaping right now the flavor is getting better ( maybe the cotton is breaking in) and I haven't had a dry hit.

Now the number one thing I see when people say something bad about the bellus is that it is leaking it is a leak machine no matter what you do. Well again I have a tendency of building things perfectly the first time and never again but this thing is not leaking. I did close the airflow control before I filled it but I do that with pretty much every tank because why not LOL however it is not leaking there's no fluid whatsoever in the air flow area nothing coming out of the bottom.

I think it's a great rta! I highly suggest going ahead and doing a build on it and let me know what you get out of it :) this was another one in my cheap FastTech purchases I think this was like $7 and it is definitely an authentic I even checked the verification.

There is one suggestion that I have when you're putting the wicking into the channels go ahead and prime it first. I don't usually do that I usually prime it at the end but it's way easier to judge the right amount of cotton or rayon whatever you use when it's wet. I don't think I would have been able to do it dry. So once you get the wick in there trim it and you get it fluffed up and everything go ahead and wet it down with your ejuice and then lay it into the wicking channels. You may even need to trim it while it's wet which is weird but it worked well for me

I've always juiced the wick in RTAs before putting it in the channels - one of my many stranger habits  Started it with the Doggy RTA, found it easier and just do it automatically now. ;)

I hadn’t considered that mod because for because I thought I was solely an unregulated mod for some reason. I’ll have to check it out. It sounds perfect. Thanks

Edit: just placed an order for it. It was out of stock on many sites. Thanks for the suggestion!
Hope you like it. The original Noisy Cricket ( black mod on the left in the photo) is a fully mech mod - thats maybe why you were thinking solely un-regulated. They've got a bit of a cult following .
The NC II 25 (on right - the one you've ordered) is one of the hardest hitting /fastest firing regulated mods I own. There are some good videos out there on how to get the best out of them but be a little careful - at some point Wismec reversed the scale of the potentiometer. If you want to PM me when you get it I can give you more info. I'll try and dig up a really interesting ecf discussion from a while back but at the moment I can't remember which thread it was on.

Sourcemore responded re my shorted Luna (after Asmodus said I had to contact them)
To start, I told them I don't have the means to take pics...
I have to send photo of S/N
I have to send a photo of the Security Code
I have to send a video of it not working.
...aside from the fact they want me to put a battery in a shorted mod.

    well then...
Don't you have a mobile phone?

im open to “older” models as well. Some of my favorite rda’s originals came out 2-3 or more years ago so doesn’t need to be brandy new.

Wotofo RDAs have been winners for me for the most part. Good quality for a good price in my experience.

The Serpent is one that keeps popping up during my searches. Is there anything that sets it apart such as airflow?
To be honest for the last few years you haven't been able to to buy a rubbish anything. The manufactures have tried just about all the possible configurations and now they just know what will work. That's why I get sort of excited if something comes out that is innovated. These days whatever you buy just... Well just works.

If I was going to suggest an RTA I would go for something from one of the big boys like Haku or Van and Diesel. The Haku Riviera RTA was raved about. You can buy a clone too but my guess is the OG will be safer. I haven't got either so some of the other guys will be able to to tell you more. I've just seen too many people singing it's praises on the OG Haku FB group.

    Hope this helps :)

I feel like that makes sense with the doggie too because it's kind of got that like open area where the wick just hangs the bellus also has that
