Can you see me @Skeebo?
Is there really a thing of owning too much vape gear!
Seriously though, I developed a chronic illness over a decade ago and no longer can do many things from traveling, skiing and horseback riding to simple things like going out to eat. So when I found vaping it became a hobby and something that I loved to do and most of the time I’m physically able to do.
It had been a long time since I had found something I enjoyed “doing” and being interested in. So in my head I figure it still doesn’t make up for over a decade of mostly being a shut in but I love it and it keeps me busy. I’ve met so many awesome people here that I enjoy so it’s given me a social outlet as well.
Sometimes I have to remind myself why it’s ok to own so much gear and spend money on it and not feel guilty. Must be the catholic school girl in me lol! Guilt Guilt Guilt!!!
vaping has become so much more for me than not smoking cigarettes and I appreciate all of you here for the comradeship, the help especially when I was a newcomer and just being here to share with!!
Have a great night everyone![]()
I was, for many years. I only have flowers lately. I can’t keep up with all the lawn work, something had to give. I do miss my veggies though. Maybe if I can hire a lawn service, I’ll plant some stuff this year.

This is my pride and joy, a giant hardy hibiscus I grew from seed. It was over 5’ tall and had almost 2 dozen blooms as big as dinner plates. I planted another sprout last fall, can’t wait to see if she makes it!
Lacto-fermented pickles are ready in three days in August/September; in cooler temperatures, a few days longer. Plan accordingly.
You're a gardener Delores? My wife and I love gardening. This is our garden. I look forward to spring every year. Therapy for me. Also a picture of an okra flower. Beautiful flowers in the veggie garden.

I am mostly just trying to eat for help. Probably closest to the Mediterranean diet except I hate fish. Maybe even a diabetic diet. I have not had anything with added sugar for months. Sugar is the evil of the world and it makes my feet neuropathy so bad.I’m on keto and I want some bread and potatoes sooooooo bad! Only 18 pounds to go then I can splurge a little but I’ll stay on maintenance, the changes have gone way beyond weight loss.

fruits, vegetable and fish. Olive Oil is a biggie. Where are you from Virm?i always wonder what you people mean when you say mediterranean diet... being mediterranean miself
I homeschool and it's not bad, he learns more and he logs more hrs of work than a child at public school.Voting is canceled here. Only things permitted to be open are groceries, pharmacies and banks. Restaurants can do delivery or curbside pickup. I saw this on the Skimm this morning... hopefully you have better luck with your kiddos!
"Teachers deserve to make a billion dollars a year. Or a week" – Shonda Rhimes after homeschooling her kids for a total of one hour and 11 minutes. Finally, someone said it.
I have a package out for delivery, and no idea what it is. Hope it’s shiny! It’s not one of my overseas orders, so a little lost. Maybe after coffee it’ll come to me lol.
I think I love you now! Omg......In the middle of a toddler meltdown. She’s sat in the corner to cry it out. I locked myself in the bathroom to swear it out. I have far too little booze for this. There’s a reason nature has a system in place so we don’t gave kids after a certain age.
Is great that you have identified the source and help manage it. Im sure the relief is tremendous!I am mostly just trying to eat for help. YUM! To everything there except the MuttonAmman born and raised... mediterranean among other things (despite the lifelong blockade between us the sea and me)
though i know you meant the graeco-latin side, the less mainstream side (pasta like( of which i keep getting surprised by how similar it is to us ... half my childhood sweets seem to have a greek cognate
i must admit to the olive oil... i consume about up to a liter a month alone, and that's with the german complaining.
