Seriously though, I developed a chronic illness over a decade ago and no longer can do many things from traveling, skiing and horseback riding to simple things like going out to eat. So when I found vaping it became a hobby and something that I loved to do and most of the time I’m physically able to do.
It had been a long time since I had found something I enjoyed “doing” and being interested in. So in my head I figure it still doesn’t make up for over a decade of mostly being a shut in but I love it and it keeps me busy. I’ve met so many awesome people here that I enjoy so it’s given me a social outlet as well.
Sometimes I have to remind myself why it’s ok to own so much gear and spend money on it and not feel guilty. Must be the catholic school girl in me lol! Guilt Guilt Guilt!!!
Vaping has become so much more for me than not smoking cigarettes and I appreciate all of you here for the comradeship, the help especially when I was a newcomer and just being here to share with!!

Well said! All this, plus, my collection has not had a single negative impact on anyone else. It’s not a problem for me, it’s not a problem for anyone, so it is not too much.
I need to eat better. My dietary habits are disastrous. I have been working on getting my sodium intake under control, which wasn’t too hard once I learned the key to that is to avoid any food I don’t make myself, as from scratch as possible.
No way I’d do keto though. I know so many people have success with it, but all that fat and meat would kill me.

though i know you meant the graeco-latin side, the less mainstream side (pasta like( of which i keep getting surprised by how similar it is to us ... half my childhood sweets seem to have a greek cognate
i must admit to the olive oil... i consume about up to a liter a month alone, and that's with the german complaining.

Looks pretty good all finished. What color, though? I could have them do pretty much anything with it but that base olive green does look appropriate for the design.

I think you're right. Would look sharp with a variety of wraps and tips. Stainless or black attys, too. Plus, I don't have anything that color yet. Now I just need them to add it to the site for sale.
we call it labaneh_ to the wolrd it'd probably be like cheese (though to my mind it's more like a kind of yogurt). the rounded ones are usually dryer and harder to begin with, the dippie stuff ranges from creamy to crumbly depending...

what many of you have been suggesting i insist on has come to fruition. i am a remote worky person as of about 30 minutes ago. stupid number of backups lay in various locations and I've prepped folk as much as i could.
my institution's devotion to MS and my avoidance of them will mean some jumping through hoops but i enjoy a challenge. mostly.
vape news? panels still enjoying the hospitality of HK.
