Good morning shiners! Just another day if sheltering in place. It’s strange, but it feels like the ceiling is just a few inches lower every day.
Morning all.
@virm don't add any marshmallow or sweetener etc until later. That was the hardest thing for me to learn, not to use additives before I knew what additives it would actually need.
Marshmallow is essential once in a while, but it’s a last resort for me. I only use it when it’s the only way to round off a sharp flavor. I use it like an equalizer.
with the scales_ what switch time am i looking for? unless you guys know a plugable brand
Looks to me as if I threw money away. Only ordering from US in future.
At this point I've decided they're gone. Not even going to check anymore.

I do not do it as I do not concoct recipes. I just copy and mix others from Alltheflavors and e liquid recipesI’m sure someone answered since I’m pages behind, but it’s “single flavor test”
I am reading a lot about this lately. Someone else, maybe NolaMel, mentioned that she feels it mutes other flavors. Interesting.Morning all.

not sure if you have or can have amazon prime.here is one way to past the time with simpler times.I'm a news junkie. Always have been but today I just couldn't go there. Wasn't really a conscious decision at first.
Instead it was NZ fishing vids and a great doco about the incredible Voyager space missions. American ingenuity at it's best.
Night all. Probably catch you in the wee small hours.
I'm one that can taste marshmallow as low as .25% and don't like it at all. Meringue works out much better for me as an unobtrusive light sweetener or to boost mouthfeel. Might be the same for your friend. I use Purilum .25-1% but from what I've read FA meringue is pretty similar in taste & weight.I am reading a lot about this lately. I have two recipes for Barney Rubble and one has more marshmallow then the other. My friend swears she can tell a difference in the two and does not like the one that has more marshmallow. I always felt like she was crazy and was sort of insistent on following the recipe (the one that had more) as I had more trust in the person that listed it.
So if a recipe has Meringue and Marshmallow, one could just leave out the Marshmallow? current recipe reads meringue at 3.50% and marsh at 1%I'm one that can taste marshmallow as low as .25% and don't like it at all. Since I don't care for MM that is would I would have done from the start. I can't speak from any other POV.So if a recipe has Meringue and Marshmallow, one could just leave out the Marshmallow? current recipe reads meringue at 3.50% and marsh at 1%
A very early good morning shiners. I hope everyone is following the 6 ft separation rule for Covid 19, my grandsons best friends father is on a ventilator after being exposed to the virus. He lives about 7 miles away from me. I truly hope all of you are washing your hands with soap and hot water very frequently, please stay indoors if possible and limit exposure with anything outside of your home.
Mo-oh-ho-hoa-rning!
