Morning all! I don’t mean to be so absent, I’m just crazy busy the last few days. I had gotten that fabric so I cut and sewed as much as I could, and the elastic finally came yesterday so I started adding that on. Who knew this stuff was going to play a role in this crisis?

And I owe a couple things to a couple people, believe me, I have not forgotten, I’ve been waiting on supplies to finish them. Should be here by the end of the week and I’ll update you when I ship them. Sorry about the delay!
how about a small zipper over the mouth(vertical)found out its hard to vape with a mask.;)Mandatory Face Mask Order Extended By Birmingham Council

It's just an excess of caution. I shut off the mods and set them in a (dry) sink--metal--just in case they decide spontaneously to explode.

Is this mainly or only with mech mods? I’d need to use my bathtub to put all the mods I use in my daily rotation each day lol! Would just loosening the atty disconnect the circuit? I had been doing that for awhile too but soon stopped.

You'd need an empty swimming pool to put all your mods in overnight

It's all of them (five in the rotation). I started doing it early on when I was more generally nervous, and now it's a pointless but harmless habit. Part of the bedtime routine.

And, yeah, loosening the attys would remove the occasion of sin altogether, but that's more wear and tear on the 510. I just figure, in the sink, if one blows, the damage will be limited.

Note: With mechs, I remove the batteries at night.

I removed mech batteries for a while, then got lazy and just unscrewed the atty a bit. Now I just leave them on the nightstand intact.

And I actually feel safer now with a mech setup - which only I can :censored: up, than a regular mod setup - which relies on circuit boards behaving. I never ever thought I'd think that way
