I don't have to live in NY to know that I helped pay for the hospital facilities built by the federal government, and the naval ship hospitals that Cuomo "needed" because he was busy investing millions in now shelved solar projects, and preparing for climate change, and couldn't afford to take care of his own, and couldn't be bothered to get the recommended number of ventilators...and is now expecting responsible states to bail him out.
Calling names is bad, so I won't do that, but I will say that was a(nother) truly stupid comment you just made.

I love the Luna. It doesn’t like NOLA. It needs to be conditioned now. There must be some fine line between humid reality vs moisture sucking desiccant <sigh>. That’s why it can’t live here
. But I’ve got 7??? other mech squonkers, so its leaving won’t decimate my “herd”. It’s in reality, mostly deep blue, black and flecks of golden, and a touch of grass green at the bottom. Reminds me of The Starry Night

Agreed...it's a LOT easier when no one is chumming the waters. Plenty of other threads accommodate that. Nobody wants to hear anyone's political views here, including mine. But I'm not a doormat, and won't roll over and accommodate vapid comments where they don't belong.

Really glad that your daughter is recovering....you must feel better now you've got the scan results to confirm that there is no damage.
I'm glad that Mayor Cuomo seems to be a sensible kind of guy, something sadly lacking elsewhere and essential under the current circumstances. I hope that things work out well going forward.
When you think about it we have very little understanding of immune system reactions in these completely new disease circumstances. It's really good that science seems to be grabbing the opportunity to discover as much as it can as things progress.....well it seems to be from the reading I've been doing.

Agreed....the thing is you all seem so aggressive when it comes to politics. More like a 16th century unruly mob than a twentieth century open discussion with respect for both sides of the viewpoint.
