• Need help from former MFS (MyFreedomSmokes) customers

Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

Don is selling his killer coils, you can pm him on vu, Don29palms, or pm me for his email.
    Killer 3.00 eack
    Serial killer 6.00 each
    Priority ship 8.80
Was posting away there, and planet, last night and did notice Don is right in his element at VU.
Especially with those "things" which are frowned upon here. :D

I'm having trouble with 3F about the Hippovape kudos. Seems they don't want to replace it after the screen went dead. They say its to old. Hell we're talking 3 mnths. It actually blew within the first month, but I claimed after 3.
They did up their store credit from $5 to $10 during our exchange though...
They also advice me to take it to my local vape shop to have a look at it...
Question is, how long is to long to put in a complaint at these suppliers?

FT tried the vape shop thing on me over a DOA Vinci X.
I invented an imaginary invoice for service that was 3 times the sale price and they soon gave up on that game - sent me a replacement.

Maybe explain to 3f the timeline and use Covid as an excuse for the delay?
    Good luck Fred

Fred that stinks. Isn't there some kind of warranty period on the Hippo?

I would complain away. In my experience the squeaky wheel usually gets the oil.

If you paid via PayPal I would open a ticket with them. You can have it escalated right away. PayPal has the ability to pull the funds out of their account to refund you after their investigation.

You have to read the fine print at each site, usually 30 days after delivery. Maybe contact the manufacturer.

Yeah I did explain the time line and told them it happened during Covid. They either just ignore what they want, or don't understand. They keep banging on the same tune. I'm getting the idea they just don't seem keen.

Thanks mate. I'll chuck away and see how far I can get. I'm not to heavenly motivated, I have to say. Chinese designed mods in my mind are about as reliable as my second wife...:w00t:

Still had card readers at IBM when I started in '79. Fun days (and many nights and holidays).

There were still cards being used at a couple of accounts I had in the 70's during my early days at Xerox, but those disappeared soon after. 10" Reel tapes took over and continued to be used most of my career in data centers.

I have, a time or two, put in a dispute with my credit card company. They will then deal with them. I have always got my money back. Sometimes I have been told to send the product in. I have done it with my Paypal mastercard too.

    goodbye
Thanks @Rob B. --- I appreciate the kind words. I hope my site can be a resource for any new Billet Box user!

My pleasure Chris. I am just happy that we had the opportunity to cross paths again. Everything that you've done that I had good fortune of being involved in, has always been a very enjoyable experience. Very happy that you are here at ECF. It seems that the saying, "It's a small world", is very true. :)

I'm a disgrace: I got stuck in a rut months ago (Galaxies, Gate, Doggy, KFL19, and KFL+v2), and almost all of my purchases are sitting untouched in the vape bureau. It's embarrassing.
I’ve been in a rut myself. All kinds of new things and not using them. I’m thinking of selling some of the gear.

And the early CDC hard drives in racks (~140 lbs give/take) with single disc packs and then multi-platter packs. Loved aligning heads on those with my trusty Tektronix oscilloscope.

And back when planes weren't so dang crowded. If they were overbooked you could get a check from the airlines and a seat on the next flight. Boss let me keep those checks. :D
